Alex sighed as she set her binoculars down slightly, "I hate steakouts""Why did we even have to do this?" Peter groaned as he rubbed at his mask.
The duo was on a steakout for the team. And they definitely didn't want to be here.
"I thought you said you love steakouts" came Tony's voice from over the coms.
"I have never and will never say that" Alex rolled her eyes with a huff. She found them boring and so did Peter.
"Yes you did, on Tuesday when we were flying back from New Jersey, you said how you love steakouts" Tony said as he remembered her talking to Peter on the jet.
"No, I said I love steak houses. Like the fucking food" Alex corrected with heavy sass.
Tony's line was quiet for a moment, "Oh, shit really?"
"If you tell me that the reason I was picked for this stupid steakout was because you misheard me talking about steak, I will kill you" Alex seethed with a frown and Peter started laughing quietly beside her.
"Uh no?... anyways how does steak seem for dinner tonight?" Tony asked with a sheepish grin.
"You motherfucker"

Alex picked up her phone and held it to her ear, "Hey Tony, whatcha need?" She asked.
"We have a mission, need you at the tower soon" Tony said shortly as he finished prepping his suit for the mission.
"Can't, I'm at school" Alex shook her head despite Tony not being able to see it.
"Nice try, your school ended 2 hours ago. Have fun getting ready for a mission" Tony smirked as he set down a wrench.
"Never said it was my school" Alex grinned as she turned to the class in front of her. Ah how she loved the X-Men.
"What the hell do you mean?" Tony asked, puzzled.
"I'm teaching... sorta" She shrugged as leaned into the table at her side.
Tony rolled his eyes, "Oh yeah? What you teachin?" Tony asked.
Alex turned back to the class and held the phone out, "Kids? What am I teaching?" She asked as she motioned at the phone.
"Basic superhero lessons!" Came the chant of multiple kids.
"Jesus christ, whose kids did you force to say that?" Tony asked, stunned at the many voices.
"I was asked to do this dickwad" Alex huffed before her eyes flowed to the corner of the room, "Lucy, Paul! No testing fire versus ice powers in the classroom just yet. Wait till you're in the training room. Also that is a horrible idea, fire melts ice" She said as she pointed a finger at the two kids who were about to see who's powers were stronger.
The kids dropped their hands back in front of them with a sigh, "Go do that infront of Logan or Hank. Hank needs the stress and Logan needs the parenting skills" Alex waved off before turning back to the phone. "Anyways, I have to go. Good luck on your mission!" She said before she quickly hung up and tucked her phone away into her suit pocket.
Alex turned back to the kids, "Alright, now why is having a practical suit important?" She asked as her eyes scanned the room.
Multiple hands shot up to answer the question.

Alex adjusted the camera so all the vigilantes were in view, "I'm Venom! And welcome to Jackass!" She exclaimed loudly with a huge grin.
