Aftermath and a friend

Avengers POV

Alex had disappeared. The only trace were the faint burn marks of her silhouette.

"Stark where the hell did she go" Bucky quickly turned to Tony.

"I don't know, FRIDAY get Bruce, Wanda, and Loki in here imiditly, hell get everyone here" Tony told the A.I.

"On it boss" FRIDAY replied.

"And start a world wide scan for Alex, look through security cameras, heat signatures, weird energy spouts, all of it" Tony ordered the A.I.

"Got it"

Moments later most the team had burst through the door.

"What happened? FRIDAY said Alex was gone?" Natasha asked first.

"She was glowing and then she just disappeared," Bucky said.

"Where too?" Wanda asked.

"We don't know, FRIDAYS running a scan for anything as we speak, Loki I need you to do your magic and see if you can dig something up, Wanda you too. I need people to keep bothering Magic asshole about what he did, once we figure that out we can try to reverse it" Tony told the group that had gathered.

"Bruce I need you to get a thing of Magic Man blood, see if he's human or whatever the hell he is, I'll send out an APB and let the local police know to be on the lookout for her, FRIDAY I want results as soon as you got 'em'" Tony finished ordering the group around.

Most of the group quickly followed orders wanting to find Alex as soon as they could. But Steve stayed back for a moment.

"What is it Steve? We're wasting daylight, so chop, chop" Tony clapped his hands.

"What are we gonna tell Peter? And her other friends. They're gonna notice she's missing after a while" Steve pointed out with a grim look on his face.

Tony paused for a second.

What would they do?

Alex's entire group of friends weren't stupid. They would notice their friend missing.

He thought for a moment longer before answering the Captain, "It's Sunday so we'll have to talk to them around tomorrow. It can give us a chance to find her first but we'll call them over tomorrow"

"Thats a short amount of time? You sure they'll notice somethings off by then?" Steve asked.

"Rodgers, once Alex didn't tell Peter she was babysitting and her phone died so he couldn't get a hold of her so he swung through the window because he was worried, they are attached at the hip." Tony explained.

"And Alex once had to pick something up at the tower and brought her girlfriend with and they ended up finding all the weapons. Her girlfriend is oddly good with a pair of nun-chucks."

"Her other friend Ned hacked into the tower because she had left her phone at his house after hanging out and that was the only way he knew how to reach her"

"And she says she knows multiple people who 'owe her favors' and are 'wiling to kill for her'. I think people will notice she's gone" Tony finished.

"Alright then, lest get to work" Steve said going off on hunt for the girl.

-The next day With Peter Parker-

Something was off.

It felt like something was missing but Peter wasn't able to put his finger on it.
