“Alright- that’s enough- you’ve got to sleep!!” They pleaded behind you. For the past couple of days you’d been working non stop on this important project- nearly 24 hours a day. You only seemed to catch about 3 hours of sleep each night, and this deeply concerned your Giant s/o.

They couldn’t bare watching you struggle to keep your eyes open as you worked on the project- they had to do something about it. They usually don’t use force- but they were too worried. They cared about you way too much.

“No no… I’m fine.” You said feebly, feeling their huge presence over you. “You are not fine Y/N!! That’s it…” they had gotten fed up.

They couldn’t bare watching you struggle to keep your eyes open as you worked on the project- they had to do something about it. They usually don’t use force- but they were too worried. They cared about you way too much.

Suddenly you felt yourself being carefully pulled from your nice little work station on the gigantic desk. The gigantic fingers around you pressed into your body forcefully but not uncomfortably. “Hey! Hey put me down!!!” You pleaded, being so caught up in your own work that you felt a need to get back to it.

They eventually laid you in their palm, your back being pressed against their curled up fingers. “No. You’ve been working too hard my love… it’s time to rest.” Their voice filled your heart with warmth as it echoed around you. The word rest was something you hadn’t considered in a while- but their hand did feel soft… and warm… and relaxing…

Then- to top it all off- they started to hum. A original song made by them- one that always calmed you down no matter what. While humming they gently rubbed you with their other finger, you had to admit this was one of the most amazing moments in your life. You felt cared for- safe, and in good hands. (Quite literally)

“B-but… my… project…” Was the last thing you uttered before you gave into the natural urges of sleep. Your giant s/o smiled at your sleeping tiny form, it being such a contrast to about 10 minutes ago. They thought about placing you on the bed- but no.

“No… I’ll hold you, ensuring that you have the best sleep possible.” They whispered- knowing you couldn’t hear it. They loved you. A lot. And you couldn’t be more grateful.
