Seungmin woke up disheveled, his hair messy sticking up in all directions. He stretched out and squinted his eyes to adjust himself to the light.

Damn. I must have slept good.

He looks at the clock.

11:30am

It's Saturday? Am I doing anything today?

Seungmin rubbed his eyes and stretched again. It had been a while since he had slept so hard. His nights usually consisted of either studying or focusing on his thoughts so hard that he managed to "accidentally" stay up until 2am.

Seungmin woke himself up by switching his pajamas in for some sweats, brushing his teeth, and combing his hair. He then headed downstairs for some breakfast.

This is the most boring, average day since last week... its been a week now... how crazy is that?

Seungmin took a sip of the coffee his mother had given him.

"Mom, how did you learn to make such good coffee because it just hits different I swear." Seungmin exclaimed after chugging a bit more of his drink.

"Haha- I'm glad you like it! I was actually a barista once didn't I ever tell you?" She replied back.

"What?! Really, I guess that's why!" Hyunjin chuckled.

"That's actually kind of how I met your dad." His mother said as she stirred her own coffee.

"For real?" Hyunjin replied kind of shocked.

"Yup! He asked me out while I was at work." Seungmin's mom smiled widely as she reminisced about her dating days, "It was actually kind of romantic... cafes are romantic in my opinion."

Seungmin thought about it. Hyunjin and him at the cafe. It was the first time they had properly talked. The place where they admitted they enjoyed each other's company.

His happy expression saddened slightly.

I need to make things right with him. I feel so bad...

"You okay sweetie?" His mother asked with a concerned look.

"Oh- uh yeah I'm good." Seungmin smiled as he snapped out of his trance.

He paused and thought before adding, "Heya- Mom. I think I might make some plans for later so uh... just wanted to let you know."

His mom flashed a quick confused gaze before smiling and replying, "Okay honey! Just be back by 11."

"Will do." Seungmin smiled back at his mother and headed upstairs with his coffee.

I need to do it. Today.

Hyunjin spent his Saturday morning as per usual: working. His job didn't pay too well, but it was enough to get by and pay his apartment rent.

After his tiring shift, he drove home to spend the rest of his day doing nothing, which was pretty normal to him. He was usually either hanging with Chan or doing nothing at home during his off time. That was until Seungmin came into his life.

Hyunjin smiled randomly as he took a right turn toward his apartment complex.

Seungmins really been making me get out more. It's kind of funny. I'm supposed to be like that stereotypical athlete popular kid who's always partying and doing stuff yet somehow I'm always at my house. I'm not mad about it though because it allows me to hang out with Seungmin more...

Hyunjin parked his car and quickly made his way up to his apartment. After changing all his clothes he flopped himself onto his bed.

I wonder what he's doing.
