I retreated slowly from the master. His dark eyes angry and frustrated. My cheek stung, dizziness filling my head. The master has been trying to get rid of me, constantly yelling and complaining about the runt.

"I shouldn't be wasting my money on the mistake. If you don't sit down and behave when the next one comes.... I swear I'll deal with you myself" he yelled. He was frustrated because I needed to go toilet when someone came to look at me. He went to scold me for moving and I pissed myself, the person said they wanted something toilet trained.

It's not my fault I'm here. My mum got with a stray human and then she died giving birth. He makes sure that I know the only reason he kept me was to make a profit. Now he's furious about the money lost. The master is not my master. He tells me that. I must go to an actual master. I retreated into my cage, it's much to small for me. I manage to fit regardless.

I waited until the car arrived and I was dragged out by the nylon collar. I didn't struggle and let him place me on a cushion near the doorstep. I hung my head and waited tiredly. Looking up slightly as a man came walking up. He had sharp eyes and stood tall. He examined me, doing the usual, he checked my teeth, my body and finally finished.

"I'll take her" he grunted. If I had a tail, I'm sure it'd be wagging! Someone wants me!

The master nodded and smiled. They talked about stuff I didn't understand and a leash was clipped to the collar. He put me into the boot of the car and began driving. I don't know what having a master is like, will he let me sleep on a pillow?

We arrived at a place with a shed at the back. He walked me there and left me inside. A soft pet bed sat and a water dispenser, oh this is wonderful!! I've always wanted a bed! I ran over and cuddled up on it, humming happily. The door opened once more as a food bowl was placed in. I ran to it eagerly and examined the kibble, eating it hungrily.

"Yeah, she's over here" said the voice of the man that bought me. I looked up as the door opened and sat at my bowl happily munching away.

"See, make a good bitch. Get some young out of her with your experienced stud and we can split the sale cost when I sell them" he explained. Their pointy ears twitched.

"Nice young one. Plenty of time to get some good young from it. I might bring the male over to see if he'll take to her. It's annoying when they don't mate" huffed the second person with my buyer. I stood and walked over. Looking up at them curiously. The one with the buyer rested their hand on my head and was very gentle. I stopped mid flinch and relaxed a bit. This is new, I like it!

"With a good temperament we can make a good selling point" laughed the woman. I didn't understand what they were on about, something about having babies and selling them. They must be talking about me, that's what happened with me being born.

They continued talking as they left, closing me in and leaving. I sighed and skipped off to my bed. Giggling and rolling on it happily. I fell asleep quickly. He never did very much, he fed me and refilled my water. There was a small flap for me to crawl through to go toilet outside in a caged pen. It was so fun to explore, it has grass and some flowering plants. The area was big enough to fit a small car in.

He always commented about heat and bleeding. I don't understand, but he seems happy! And that makes me happy. Another month passed and things changed. He was annoyed about something, mumbling about a stud passing away. Then one day he just didn't come back.

I waited patiently at the door and tilted my head. Hungry and unhappy. I began howling and crying out. Continuing until my voice went raw. I drank and returned to the door, jumping in surprise as chatter came closer. I eagerly waited, watching as strangers opened the door and looked down at me. They seemed very important. They grabbed my lead which had been hanging up over the two months and led me out. I followed happily. The house had a big for sale sign and several people stood around crying. The stranger leading me walked over with me.
