This will be before Jack becomes a Guardian so people can't seem him.
When Jack found out that Danny saw him, he was excited and happy but also scared to approach him without freaking him out.
When Danny saw Jack, he thought he was going crazy because even though he knows he there, he doesn't look like a ghost and his friends don't see him.
