XVII

Braylee's POV

"What do you mean you're starting school here?" I looked at Tatum confused as I sat down on my bed.

"I missed you so mom and dad are letting me do a semester abroad." Tatum shrugged like it was no big deal. Except it is a big deal. I don't have time to be her mother. I moved away to focus on my career. And I have other things to focus on at the moment, like the two extremely fucking hot captains that like me.

"God I-I'm not sure how this is going to work. I have to travel across Spain Tate." I sighed not wanting to upset the young girl.

"So I don't get to stay with you..." Tatum's lower lip started doing that small shaking thing and I broke.

"You do! I just have to figure this out T." I pulled her into a hug and laid down on the bed with her. And just like that my comment to Alexia seemed to go back to the original role. Here I was mothering my parents children again, risking my career.

"Do you want to meet my friends?" I lifted us up and Tatum nodded eagerly.

"Let's go grab breakfast with Ona and Aitana. You're going to love them."

"Come on tell us another embarrassing thing about Braylee!" I shook my head with the biggest smile on my face. Ona and Aitana were just as amazing as Alexia was with Tatum.

"You three are dangerous together."

"Oh we are loving this." Ona smiled nudging my shoulder. I couldn't believe how sweet they were being with her. Especially now that she was staying here and they immediately offer to help me with all of it.

"Am I ever going to be able to hangout with them without you?" Tatum asked me curiously which Aitana immediately answered yes to. I could feel a bit of warmth in my chest from their actions.

"Your sister is actually hanging out with her friend Mapi and Alexia tonight so you get to spend the night with us!" Ona smiled wide and Tatum looked over at me which I just answered her questioning look with a nod.

"Oh I didn't realize..."

"Don't worry you can trust us with her." Aitana squeezed my hand on the table.

"You have such great friends Braylee." I smiled to myself as I agreed with her statement. There's no way I'll be able to do this without Ona and Aitana.

Last time Tatum met one of my new teammates it was Leah.

"You two can bring her back to my place as soon as we finish hanging out, okay?"

"Come ooooonnn Bray I want to stay the night." I rolled my eyes at my pleading mini me and glanced back to the couple.

"You can stay the night with us." Ona assured me and I let out a relieved breath.

"You two are the best."

"Are you two like dating?" Shit. I forgot to talk to her about that.

"We umm..." Ona turned to me nervously and I nodded. "They are dating."

"See I think maybe you'd be better off dating one of your teammates instead of the annoying men you choose. Too bad dad would be upset." Tatum told everyone nonchalantly.

"Tate." I looked at her sternly.

"Bray that's not her fault..." Aitana covered for the younger girl who sat at the other side of the table unaware with the issue of her comment. Its what she was raised on and unfortunately I was as well which is why I knew I would be the biggest obstacle in this relationship.

"Tatum you're sure you'll be okay tonight?"

"Braylee, I will be fine. You should still get to live your life." Tatum told me innocently unaware of how much the sentence affected me.

"So we figured as the three of us figure out what is going on here then we need to set some rules. So Mapi and I wanted to consult you on them." Alexia began explaining as we sat in my apartment.

"Okay...umm look before that I have to tell you something." I looked at the two captains nervously. I wasn't sure how they'd take the news about my sister staying with me.

"Braylee we know about your sister."

"You don't think that it'll get in the way? She doesn't even know that I like women and I'm not ready to sit down and have that talk with her? I mean for fucksake how would I explain basically an on going threesome to a thirteen year old?!"

"Is that what you see this as?" Mapi raised her eyebrow at me.

"NO! I-I just mean I'm kind of with both of you right now so like I foolishly thought maybe both of you wouldn't wait your turn and things could turn into three at times, but I know that's not what you want!" I panicked quickly trying to cover my mistake.

"She's got a point..." Alexia shrugged as she looked over at Mapi.

"Besides we were already hooking up before we knew you were available." Mapi answered and I looked at them shocked.

"I knew it..." I squinted my eyes at the two captains as they exchanged a smile.

"Wait so if you two were hooking up why are you going after me?" I asked them confused on their previous relation. Those two genuinely seem to like each other so like why even bother with me when I basically have a child well a teenager which is even worse.

"You're highly attractive."

"Yeah we still want you."

"Oh..." I straightened my lips and gave a small nod. Well I suppose that's a valid point.

"So like how is this going to work then?" I again asked the two captains trying to figure out what was going on.

"Well let's start with the good parts. You get both of us and both of us get you. We don't really have to worry about cheating because its starting agreement. And did I mention you get both of us? It just eliminates the awkwardness of a love triangle." Alexia told me and I nodded agreeing with her point.

"The bad things..."

"We obviously have to keep this a secret." Mapi told me bluntly and I figured that was the reason.

"Okay yeah well that brings me to saying that we have to keep this from my little sister. I don't want her to be confused by this...I'm still confused by this." I shook my head avoiding the thought of sitting Tatum down and her not understanding anything because of the way our father speaks.

"We can help you be less confused." Alexia smirked at Mapi as the two of them moved closer sitting on either side of me.

"Oh?" I raised my eyebrows with a growing smile on my face. Mapi's lips gently roaming my neck as Alexia's hand slid up my thigh and gently pressed her lips across my jaw line.

I suppose a demonstration is the best way to understand the situation...

Sure that's why we're doing this.
