Arlo walked towards the Cobra Kai dojo with Hawk a couple of hours after they had left the beach. Thankfully they both had enough time to shower and wash the sand off of them. When they were still at his house earlier, Hawk had been sitting on his computer when Arlo got out of the shower but as soon as she walked into his room, he quickly closed out of all the tabs he had open. It had been bothering her since then, she wanted to know what he was hiding from her.

"What's up with you?" Arlo tilted her head up slightly as she asked Hawk, whose face had a look of almost betrayal.

Hawk looked down at Arlo and then back up while he opened the door for her. "Nothing you want to know about, to be honest."

Arlo stopped in the middle of the doorway and furrowed her eyebrows together. "It has something to do with Robby Keene, doesn't it."

"I wish it didn't" Hawk said flatly and tilted, motioning for Arlo to keep walking. "Go in."

Arlo bit the inside of her cheek, a habit that she thought she had stopped. Arlo walked through the door and kicked off her shoes before throwing her backpack onto the ground, she had put her gi on before she got to class so there was no need for her to change. Miguel was already sitting on the black and red mat, so Arlo and Hawk walked over and joined him.

As soon as Arlo got into her butterfly stretch position Hawk started telling Miguel about everything he had found out.

"So, I did a deep dive online, and you were right. Sensei is definitely Keene's father." Hawk didn't break eye contact with Miguel while he spoke.

Arlo kept her head down, but an uneasy and nauseous feeling overwhelmed her. The reason she was disqualified from the All-Valley was because of Robby Keene, and now she has to find out that his father is her Sensei.

"I just don't understand why he wouldn't tell us." Miguel spoke in a low voice while he finished his stretch.

"I don't know. It explains why he's giving us shit for kicking Keene's ass in the tournament." Hawk switched to a different stretching position while he spoke. "Show no mercy, unless it's his son. Then we gotta be pussies."

That was it, Arlo couldn't handle it anymore. She stood up quickly and ran to the bathroom, locking the door once she was inside. While she stood in front of the mirror, staring at her reflection, tears started filling her eyes. Arlo gripped the sink as she let out shaky breaths, but someone knocked on the door causing her to jump a little.

"Lo, it's me." Hawk tapped lightly on the door. "Can I come in?"

Arlo reached over and unlocked the door. Hawk walked in and shut the door behind him, turning the lock back. Arlo bit her bottom lip to try to make it stop quivering and she turned her head away from Hawk.
