I'm not scared anymore

Chapter forty five: I believe you

Amelia's pov:

"Rain, are you done packing? We are leaving soon." I yelled across the room. "Yeah, i'm done soon." Rain answered. "Okay, i'm gonna head to the common room already, okay?" I said. "Yeah, i'll be there soon." Rain answered.

      I walked out of the room and headed to the common room. I hope i didn't forget anything. I think i packed everything i need.

      I can't wait to leave on a tour, it feels like forever since we last were on a tour. And this time Phantom and Aurora will be joining us. Still i'm a little sad that Aether and Sunshine are not coming. It won't be the same without them.

      I also have to go and say goodbyes to Cora, since she, Eden, Ifrit, Alpha, Zephyr and Omega are going to stay here and take care of the church while we are gone.

       I turned into the common room. Where is everyone? The room was completely empty. We were supposed to meet here before we go, but no one was there. Well, i guess everyone is still packing their stuff.
I sat down on the couch, maybe they will show up eventually.

        After a while of sitting i heard a pair of heavy footsteps getting closer to the room. I turned my gaze towards the door to see how was coming. "Aether?! What are you doing here?" I asked, confused. "Hi Amelia, i thought others would've been here too." He said, walking into the room. "I think they are still packing, but hey Aether, sit down. How are you doing?" I asked.

        Aether walked to me and sat down on the couch next to me. "Well, let's just say it's been a rough last few weeks." Aether sighed. "I know, just remember that all of us are here for you." I said. "Yeah, i know." He smiled.

         "Are you just visiting here or?" I asked. "No, they just moved Sunshine to a psychiatric ward and i wasn't allowed to go there with her. They said that i can visit her now and then, but i can't stay next to her all of the time." He said. "Oh, that's sad. How is she doing?" I asked.

         "She is doing better, as much as i hate to say this, i think she needed to hit the rock bottom to really understand that she can't keep going like that." He said. "I'm happy to hear that she is doing better. Did they say when she can come home?" I asked.

        "No, not yet. They said that she can come spend Christmas here, but after that she has to go back." Aether said. "She's coming here for Christmas? That's awesome!" I exclaimed.

        "Yeah, that's great. Hey, have you met the new guys that has joined the band?" Aether asked. "Yeah, Phantom and Aurora. They are the substitutes for you and Sunshine." I answered. "What are they like?" Aether asked. "Both of them are really nice and sweet. Sometimes Phantom can get a little too protective over Aurora, but other than that they are coming along with everyone well. I'm sure you'll like them when you meet them." I smiled.

       "What do you mean protective? Are they mates?" Aether asked. "Actually no, they are siblings. And as you can guess a certain ghoul already has his eyes on her, which is making Phantom crazy." I laughed.

       "Sodo or Swiss?" Aether asked. "You can guess when you meet them." I laughed. "Come on, why can't you just tell me." Aether laughed. Before i could answer i heard a group of footsteps entering the room.

       "Aether?! Is everything okay? Why are you here?" Cumulus asked, walking into the room, Cirrus and Aurora following closely after her. "Yeah, everything is fine." Aether smiled. "What is going on?" Cumulus continued. "Sunshine got moved to the psych ward and i wasn't allowed to go with her, so here i am." Aether explained.

       "Are you Aether?" Aurora asked. "I am, you must be Aurora." Aether smiled. "Yes, i'm so happy to meet you." Aurora exclaimed, walking to Aether and reaching her hand to him. "I'm happy to meet you too." Aether said, shaking her hand. "I promise me and Phantom are gonna do our best to substitute for you and Sunshine." Aurora smiled. "I'm glad to hear that. I'm sure you'll be great." Aether said. "Thank you so much! That means a lot." Aurora said with a wide smile on her face.
