Erix Realm

As we got at the place that the God of Time told us, I am so amazed by the beauty I couldn't describe since it was indescribable place.

The front door is too huge and wide I don't know where to begin and to end to look at, it was just majestic. Even the design imprinted on it is so great, I never see such a design on Earth and it was hard to imagine how those heavenly Gods and Goddesses carve such a masterpiece arts from a hardwood. It's like a real work of art by the hands of the heavenly beings and I'm so lucky to see it with my own eyes.

Now my question to myself, is this also what people who have died see and feel if they are going to heaven?

What is it like when you were dead? What does Lady Fe felt after she died?

I wanted to ask but I can't ask such question. Besides, this is just the front door that I see and I still don't know what to see in inside that thrills me more.

"Jeanne, take this." Almos breaks my thoughts and handed me a necklace.

"What is this for?" I asked clueless about the necklace that looks like a tear in crimson crystal.

"This will protect you from the heavenly power of Erix Realm. As a human, you wouldn't stand the gravity of that place once you enter that realm. That is why you need to wear this all the time so that it will always protect you."

"Though, she will still feel the side effect of this place once she enters this realm." Dione answered and went closer to us. "Here, I'll give you this to add some protection. Because it was not just the Angels that you'll be able to meet but also Gods and Goddesses like me and it will be too much for you to handle."

She gave me her ring, a light color of translucent blue in a shape of a diamond and wearing it into my fingers feels like a heavenly shield is put around me.

"Then, let me put this on to you." Suddenly Almos said and went at my back to wear the necklace to my neck.

In silence I let him even though when his fingers touch my skin, there's something electrifying sensation run down to my body and I couldn't help but to close my eyes as I try my best not to be overwhelm from it.

"Are you alright?" he suddenly asked that made me to open my eyes and saw him looking at me with warm and care, my heart fluttered and I couldn't help not to get shy, my cheeks almost burn because of it.

"I-I'm fine." I quickly answered as I averted my eyes out of him.

"Are you sure?"

"Ye-yes." I said and asked. "Ca-can we go now?"

"Yes, let's go." He said as he holds my hand.

When we got inside the Erix Realm I couldn't help but to feel amaze of the things that I see, it's a real heaven that my head begins to spin. Not because of the wonder that I see but there is something deeper than that.

Memories I know aren't mine but I'm slowly remembering them. I feel like I'm returning to a place that I've long forgotten over the thousands of years that have passed but none of it is mine but from my past self.

And because of too much information that entered my mind one after the other, I couldn't handle it all and I was completely overwhelmed by darkness and I don't even know what happened next.

"Jeanne."

I only hear faint voices like whispers to me as my consciousness slowly returns. And when I opened my eyes, I immediately saw Almos and his face showed deep concern. Why? Was it because of me? I have no idea because the last thing I remember is us entering the Erix Realm after Dione opened the door to go inside.

"Wh-what happened?" I asked before I search the place where we in. "And where are we? Where are the others?"

"You just collapsed as we entered the Erix Realm." He answered that surprised me.

"But you gave me your necklace and Dione's ring so, what happened? Why did it happen...?" I couldn't continue my question when I remembered what had caused me to lose consciousness.

"We have no idea what caused you to lose consciousness but Dione and I are sure that the ones we gave are powerful enough to protect you inside the Erix Realm."

"Have I been here before? I mean my past life as Lady Fe?" I corrected. "Did you bring Lady Fe here before?"

"No, never. Because we have laws to follow and one of that is no ordinary person can't get here because the whole sky is covered with strong and powerful Immortals including Angels and devices that ordinary people can never touch. Even the journey going here is impossible for an ordinary person to travel."

"Then, why am I here? Still alive and breathing...?" I reasoned out.

"It is because you are someone special."

"I don't get it."

"Sorry, but I can't explain it to you."

"Why?"

"Unfortunately, only Ilmatar can help us to understand the things we both don't know."

Puzzled from what he just said I asked curiously. "Do you have memories that you don't remember too?"

"Yes and only Ilmatar knows everything that I can't even remember."

"Like what?"

Almos stares at me longer enough to make me feel anxious. I felt guilty for why I was able to be curious about what he said. I wish I hadn't asked more.

I was about to apologize when he finally speaks.

"About us." He said that makes me feel nervous. "Because when I first met you as Fe, I knew there was a deeper past that came between us. My heart tells me I'm in love with you longer before."
