Sixty-Seven:

...

'A someone... not something.'

That was she clearly said and yet I couldn't grasp what she mean. It feels like, there is an invisible force that is trying to cover the things that I should remember. But the question is, why and who doing this to me? That made me to decide to find out the truth.

I seriously and intently stare at her. "Enlighten me, Sylvia." I eagerly pleaded because I badly wanted to know what makes me feel so strange that I want to get out of here as soon as possible.

Sylvia looks at me and simply smile. "You can do it with your own."

"What do––" I was about to ask to clear what she just said when I saw a familiar face.

"You already found your purpose to be enlighten, Almos. Yet, there will be an obstacle that you need to surpass."

"And what is that?"

"It isn't what. It is who."

She done it again and yet I can't say a word to stop her correcting my questions. Because I know to myself, she is right with every word she corrected.

I sigh deeply before I answer. "How would I know I can surpass that 'who'?"

"Uhm, you will know it."

"I––" I was about to answer when I noticed her face again. I couldn't take my eyes off of her because I knew who she is.

"Talk to her," suddenly Sylvia spoke. "There is only a little seconds that you can speak to her."

"Jeanne." I suddenly spoke out her name and remember she was the one that I left behind, the 'someone' so important yet I couldn't recall the reason.

"Do you need the reason to get near her?"

"Ha?!" I was surprised about what Sylvia asked me.

"What?"

"No, of course not!" I answered even though the truth there is some doubts of approaching her for a reason that she looks like she already accepted the life she had today. As if I can no longer change her mind to find out the truth that we are looking for.

"Go! Before she got away," Sylvia said and pushes me towards Jeanne.

...

"Did you already accept this fate you were in?" I don't know why I said those words instead of talking to her normally. It made me feel lost for a while so I quickly decide to face her but then I was surprised when I saw myself walking away from her.
