"Uhhh who knew hosting thanksgiving dinner would be so tiring." Sam spoke as she slouched deeper into the couch, cuddling up to her husband Drew as he lovingly rubbed her back and shoulders
"Mhm, so how did you enjoy your first official Davis family thanksgiving"
"It was definitely more interesting than I imagined" Drew's tone turning into a laugh
"Which part?" Sam matching his tone remembering the afternoon events
"Idk how about Molly and Kristina arguing about Latin literature which led to a near full on food fight over Virgil. Or how before dinner was even done cooking they were yelling about how awful the Jets were playing against the bengals
"Or how my mom and Parker almost getting whacked with rolls for trying to get in the middle of them before food began flying further."
The duo kept laughing for what felt like hours remember the rest of the thanksgiving shenanigans but neither would trade their sometimes crazy family for the world.
