Brooke raced into the hospital entrance after receiving the news of her Girlfriend being in an accident.
"Good afternoon miss , how may I help you" the sweet nurse working the desk asked the other woman who was pacing in front of her.
"I'm looking for Taylor Hayes room"She spoke scaredly at the condition her girlfriend was in
"And who are you in relation to the patient"
"Her girlfriend and emergency contact. What's with these 20 questions. Just tell me where she is" her voice rose in annoyance
"She's in room 167, Ma'am, but they're prepping her for surgery now" she spoke in a tiny mouse like voice not wanting to be yelled at again. Brooke huffed at this before making her way to Taylor's room. "Ma'am you can't go in right now" the nurse followed her
"I'm going to see her no matter what, even if you have me arrested or dragged out of here" Brooke yelled again leaving the nurse in her wake, as the elevator doors closed.
As the days went on Taylor was given a clean bill of health after a minor procedure on her wrist. As the walked out of her room,Taylor stopped and turned around facing her girlfriend.
"Brooke you need to apologize to Nurse Stacey for freaking out on her"Taylor spoke sweetly but her face laced with a motherly scorn that said she wasn't kidding.
"Fine" Brooke huffed and slightly stomped over to the from the desk.
"Hi, Nurse Stacey" Brooke began to speak seeing the terror lace the other woman's features
"Hi, what can do for you" she squeaked out
"I wanted to apologize for how I treated you. I was worried about someone I love, but that's no excuse for biting your head off. I'm sorry truly" Brooke spoke with an apologetic look lacing her features, while disgust raced through her veins at her actions and words.
"I appreciate the apology and I accept it." She spoke sweetly before going to help another person. Brooke walked happily back to her girlfriend before asking "Are you ready to head home"
"Yeah let's go home" Taylor lightly kissed her lips before joining her un injured hand in Brooke's.
