I turn to Howdy embarrassingly watching his energetic usual tone. My eyes gaze over towards Wally, though.

"T-thanks, Howdy. Just what I needed." I sigh, walking towards the duo. Howdy did nothing but nod his head and leave the scene, making me stay with Mr. angry. "Your not in trouble, at least I don't think so," Wally says. His arms are crossed sassyly if that's even a word. "But I need you to do a job for me, and I barely ask anybody to do this, but.." he sighs dramatically. "I need you to go into the basement." I gasp loudly. The basement? What could he possibly need for me to go into the basement? I'm just a secretary who didn't even want this job.

I'm not sure what to say so I stand there frozen. Maybe it's pure luck, and maybe trust from Walden. So I agree to his favor. "I'll take care of it, sir. What seems to be the problem?" I smile proudly. "It's just some pipes that need to be cleaned, and the janitors didn't do anything about it last night." he says. "But listen, y/n." He grabs onto my shoulders and crouches down to my level. "Don't go anywhere you're not supposed too." Walden says whilst looking into my eyes. "I-I don't think I know the basement so well, but you can trust me with it." I nod fastly.

He snarls and let's go of my shoulders while standing back up. Still don't know why he would trust me with this job. "Don't go anywhere where the pipes don't meet. You'll figure it out." he walks off back to his office. I turned my head where the basement is located and gulp.

I'm not going to figure this out.

I unlocked the door that I was given by Wally to unlock the basement door. This felt like a horror movie in a way. The minute the door creeks open, it looks like a grandfather's basement to death. It's just welcomed with stairs that lead all the way down but no source of light. I grab out my phone and turn on the flashlight to give some source of electricity to see.

He never told me it was going to be this dark. I walk myself down the stairs, the light leading the way. After all, I am an expert at these type of games— horror games in general. So I have some problem indeed with going into a dark basement with who knows what could be lurking, but watching Markiplier, I am extremely a expert at horror games I've never played, but by the guidance of Mark, I am safe.

I make my way down the stairs that creek like walking on a log in a swamp. This must be a death wish. I feel like I'm going to be a witness to something horrible I wasn't supposed to see. But I'm just supposed to clean out pipes. Now that I realize it, I don't even have a cloth. Maybe they'll be a cloth somewhere down here, no way he could've forgot a clean cloth to clean the pipes now. Wally can't be that dumb.

I make my way finally downstairs and it's a large room with three doors. The pipes are in the corner going to the top— the ceiling around the room. The light bulb flickers horribly. Walden has not taken care of this basement in years from my perspective. The first store just leads more into the basement, it's straightforward which means it probably leads into a bigger room or closet. And there's a hole in the corner where the door is on the top, where the pipes are able to make it to the next room.

The other one is on the left in the corner, which I'm assuming must lead somewhere else, somewhere where I'm not supposed to be meeting. And the last door is on the right in the corner like the door on the left. Which I barely pay attention too. I just go to the forward door because I doubt the two doors on the left and right are going to lead me anywhere good. Plus, the pipes don't lead to those rooms, so I have no reason to be making my way towards them.

It's like a puzzle, in my opinion. I roll my eyes and just go with my final thought, opening the door. Luckily, there's no keys I need to find that need 100 puzzles just for more on the next level. I make my way, again, into the room. It's just like the last one. There's still that same hole and the two doors on the right and left. Do I just keep going?

Maybe it is a puzzle. I open the forward door again. It's the same. Am I being tricked? Walden must be tricking me, and so is the employees. But I'm still determined to find out when I'm supposed to do. I have no clean cloth, and these rooms are just identical to each other. Instead, maybe I should just leave and go on with my normal job. So that's what I do. I turn back.

But instead, I meet with a new room.

It's full of cages, but the cages are empty. Should they be empty? It's definitely a trick, with no treat.

I make my way through, but this time there's more light. So, that's fun. Light means good. I continue walking through the cages, it's literally all cages. The more I walk the more I feel lightheaded. Should I really be walking here? I feel like maybe this wasn't a trick, but instead, I should keep walking. The more I walk, the more I realize,

it's just a loop.
