DAECHWITA POV

'And I came to know that you're not his real daughter.' I said. I saw the shock on Idris' face. 'What?' A whisper left her mouth, her eyes were big and shocked. 'No Idris. His brother died and he had to take care of you. Your father is not your father.' I said.

'And I let him pay for his deeds. Don't worry. He isn't dead. Yet.'

I saw Idris knees wobbling, her eyes were zoned out, her mouth stood open. 'Idris?' I was lowkey worried. But she didn't answer. Instead, she sank onto the ground. She fainted. I immediately rushed towards her. 'Idris?' I tried waking her up by patting her cheek and shaking her.

'Bring Seokjin!' I shouted to the guards. Seokjin was my cousin. He was very intelligent (a/n: 103 IQ lol. ok sry) He was kind of like our doctor. The guards nodded and immediately went to get Jin hyung. I wondered why I was so worried about Idris...

But more time to overthink wasn't present, because Seokjin rushed into the parlor. 'What happened to her?' He asked. 'I told her the truth about her father.' I just said. Seokjin sighed and picked Idris up in bridal style. While he was taking her to the infirmary, he was checking her blood pulse.

I never understood that someone could check a pulse while carrying the same person... But Seokjin could. It's not the time to amaze you about a talent that Seokjin has, Yoongi! I told myself. Then where should I worry and care about instead?

Idris

What? No! I quickly shrugged my thoughts away and kept following Seokjin, who was giving medicinal recipes to some guards. 'Get some Cardio boosters, she has a low blood pressure. I think she also has a low iron percentage, so get some ferrous sulfate for me.' He said. The guards nodded and went to get the medicines.

I was again amazed how Seokjin could remember all those names. I decided to be amazed by Seokjin and not to worry about a girl whom I shouldn't even care about. Even though she wasn't from Lee Aidan's blood, she was still raised by him and carried his habits.

We entered the infirmary, where my personal nurse looked at Idris with a lowkey contemptuous expression. I could see the question burning on her lips: what is this maid from the lowest range and with the most causes of trouble on her name doing here.

'Don't ask. I will take care of her by myself.' Seokjin said. The nurse bowed hesitantly. I understood her confusion, as Seokjin only cared for his family members and friends. And Idris was nowhere a friend or family from Seokjin or me.

But it lowkey irritated me that she was continuesly glancing at Idris with a mad expression. So I approached her and grabbed her shoulder harshly. She flinched and gasped, looking at me in shock. 'That patient there,' I pointed to a random guy laying on a bed, covered in dried blood. 'He needs help. Go care about him than being angry and mad over a girl you don't even have responsibility over.' I said with a cold voice.

She nodded, shivering. She immediately turned towards the patient whom I pointed to.

Why did I do that?

IDRIS POV.:

I slowly opened my eyes. My lids were heavy, as if someone was pressing on it so it would stay closed. I grumped while opening my eyes. My head was spinning, and it was so light. Like someone took all the insides out.

After I've adjusted my sight to the bright torches that were shining right in my eyes. Suddenly, the light was blocked by a face, which was bending over me. I would've laughed out loud because of the sudden appearance, but due to my situation, I didn't even budge.

'Hey, how are you?' The man asked. I just let out a few sounds, which were close to an angry bear. 'Okay, I'll explain what happened later. You need to rest now. I'll try to replace the torches a bit, so you won't have trouble with looking, okay?' He said. I just nodded. His head left my vision and I soon noticed that the light was getting dimmed a bit.

The atmosphere made me feel sleepy again, but I demanded myself to stay awake. I tried to get up a little, which, to my surprise, went effortlessly. I adjusted the hay pillow and made myself sit comfortable.

In de corner of the room, I saw a woman working. I remembered her faintly, as I've seen her a few times around the palace. She must be the nurse here. 'Uhm, hello?' I said, which made her turn around. 'Wow, wait, wait, wait... You shouldn't sit up too fast! It's not good for your blood circulation! Are you feeling dizzy or something like that?' she asked and worriedly rushed towards me.

'What? No, not at all. I fainted, didn't I?' I asked. The nurse nodded. 'Yes. But the King wants to speak with you soon. Shall I inform him to come or do you want to rest a bit more?' she asked. Although she was acting worried and caring, I saw the contemptuous and annoyed expression on her face.

I just tried to ignore it. I was getting curious about what de King wanted to talk about with me. I wondered why he told me that whole story. So I told the nurse that I'm ready to meet the King. 'Alright. Make yourself comfortable. I'll go get the King here.' she said.

DAECHWITA POV.:

I was sitting on the huge sofa in the luxurious living room, when suddenly someone knocked on the door. 'Yes?'

Miss. Dex, the nurse, entered. 'Your Majesty, Miss. Lee Idris is ready to meet you.' She announced. I nodded and stood up. When I was about to pass her, I saw her seductive eyes meeting mine. I fucking hated those.

I knew she had a crush on me and it irritated me to the moon and back. She was constantly trying to seduce me or to touch me. But I don't allow anyone to touch me if they're no relatives or good friends, so she never really touched me.

But I had to place that out of my mind. I had to talk to Idris now. I entered the infirmary and saw Idris laying on the bed. When she saw me entering, she immediately did some kind of bow, but as she was sitting, it looked really clumsy. But I had to hold my chuckle in. What was there to chuckle about?

I placed the chair beside her bed and sat on it. 'Well, I think my story has been a little too much for you, right?' I begun. Idris looked down and nodded. 'But I told this story with a reason. As you now know that your dad is not your dad, I understand why you make so much mistakes. You haven't been raised well properly, because your parents only paid attention to your brother, right?'

Idris just nodded. 'So I made a decision, so that you can also function better here in the house.'

She looked up at me with curiousity.

'I'm sending you to a etiquette school for three months.'
