Tonight was the night of the Slug Club dinner. I sat next to Blaise. The dinner was boring. We talked about what we wanted to be when we left Hogwarts.

I didn't talk much because I was sure I wouldn't have a future after this year.

Blaise made small talk when Slughorn was talking. The most stupid guy was staring at Hermione.

When I saw her discomfort, I kicked him right where it hurt. After that, he didn't say anything because causing a problem in front of a professor would be stupid.

Ginny arrived late, and Harry made it all awkward when he stood up. I tried not to laugh, but I looked at Hermione, and I snickered.

After dinner, I walked to Hermione and wanted to talk to her.

"Hey, Hermione. Sorry about that guy. He seems annoying."

"He is annoying. Sometimes I wish I didn't have only Ron and Harry." I felt terrible that she didn't hang out with many people besides those two.

"Hermione, we don't talk much, but you are so sweet. I would love for you to talk to Pansy and Petra sometime." I shared.

"That would be great. I think knowing some Slytherin's wouldn't be that bad." Hermione had grown so much.

"I can take you to the Gryffindor room." I offered, thinking Harry wasn't going to come through the door.

"Thanks! I wanted to ask if you were okay. You have been off lately."

"Oh, I am fine, just drama and family issues," I said sadly.

She looked at me, and we walked up the stairs to the Gryffindor portrait.

"I appreciate you trying to hang out with me. I am so sorry about your family problems." Hermione apologized.

"It's okay. Have a good night. Bye, Mione!" I hugged her and walked off.

I returned to the Slytherin Common Room, but Draco waited when I turned a corner.

"Hello Love, Blaise told me you were talking with Hermione, so I wanted to wait for you. Also, we have to give Horace the wine."

"Okay, I will do it in the morning. Can we just head in? I need to take off these heels." I stated.

He hugged me and nodded. I went in to my dorm and bathroom and was about to change when Draco came and leaned on the doorway.

"Ahem, Draco, I need to change," I told him.

He turned around and chuckled, "I know. Sorry, I had to ask you something."

"Go ahead. I am listening." I put my long tee shirt on, but I forgot my sweatpants.

"Shit!" I continued before he could say anything.

He turned around and saw me in a long shirt. "What?"

"I just forgot my pants. Can you get them? Then you can ask me what you want." I explained.

He got my pants, and before giving them to me, he walked towards me.

"Remember when I said I loved you? I still do, but I am getting mixed signals from you because of Mattheo. Do you love him or me?"

I sighed at the question. "I don't know, Draco. My head is not in the position to love more people. Voldemort could use that against us." I explained.

"Okay, Y/n." He did his stupid model walk to get closer to me.

Then he put his hand on my back and kissed me. "Tell me when you can. I think Mattheo wants to know as well." He smacked my butt and winked before giving me my pants and leaving.
