My parents spent hours explaining how they wanted to help me. They cleaned my head and the bruises I had from Lucius' cane.

After a bit I headed to another room and was laying in bed playing with some fire in my hands. I went over my thoughts. I didn't trust my parents. I didn't trust anyone. I've become paranoid these past years.

I stared at the ceiling unable to rest. I sat up and looked at the clock, 2:46 A.M. I couldn't stay here.

I stood up and grabbed some random clothes they had in a closet the were my size shoving them into a bag I conjured with my wand.

I slowly and quietly went through the house to the front door. I ran out like I did last time.

I didn't look behind me. I ran extremely fast not having a single idea where I was headed.

I panted heavily as the wind made it extremely cold. I ran like my life depended on it. I ran for what felt like an hour.

My forearm had a sharp sting and I tripped on a branch, cradling my arm. My mark was stinging and I wince in pain.

I crawled to a tree stacking some sticks together and used my powers to help make a fire. I looked around hearing wolves howling and owls hooting.

It started snowing which didn't help me. I lay down by the fire shivering. Some fire from the flames floated to my body surrounding it keeping me extremely warm.

I slowly feel asleep feeling warm as it snowed. My eyes fluttered shut and I drifted into a dream.
