The First Weasley Daughter (Mattheo x Draco x Female Reader)

Chapter 57

The rest of the week was quiet. For some reason i haven't seen Mattheo at all. I didn't think he was at Hogwarts this year because he had to help his dad.

Although, he could be at the school for scouting for Harry Potter who they tried to get last night. Apparently he was being located somewhere else in secret.

I was in the garden again but this time with Mrs. Malfoy. She was extremely sweet to me and always let me out of my room to walk around with her or let me read in the library.

Me and Mrs. Malfoy were out in a gazebo how she looked at flowers. I had a book about flowers with me which she told me to read to her when she found a flower in the garden she wanted to learn about.

"Y/n, my dear look for Saffron Crocus." She said in her polite sweet honey voice while picking up a pretty purple flower.

I quickly flipped to a page and started reading. "Saffron.... Uhm. Oh! Saffron is an extremely precious and expensive spice. Around 4,500 Crocus flowers make an ounce of spice. The cost is around-"

She cut me off immediately. "Y/n can you tell me about you and my son?"

"Excuse me?" I was very confused by her question and throat went dry. My heart started pounding and I started sweating.

"My son. Draco seems to like you a lot. I saw him sneaking out of his room heading to your chambers awhile back."

"Ma'am, forgive me. I don't mean to cause a problem. Draco and I have a complicated relationship. I don't mean t-"

Then she cut me off again sitting on a garden bench and patting down next to her. I walk over and sit next to her and she gives me the flower she had.

"Y/n, this is not at all a problem. I've actually have never seen him happier. You are a beautiful girl Miss Weasley. I must say I love that he has someone to care about. I just want you to promise me you won't hurt him."

I nod and look at her sweet smile. "Yes ma'am, I promise." I never even thought of hurting Draco at all. If I was I wasn't aware of it. He seems pretty happy lately.

Narcissa then stood up and dusted her dress off. "Good. If you'll excuse me I have to talk to my husband about his idea about bleaching all my hair."

She walked away and I looked at the flower in my hand and then saw the necklace on my neck. I immediately knew how I could've been hurting Draco and my heart sank.
