Chapter 62

When I woke up the forest was covered in at least 6 inches of snow besides the area I was laying. My body made a cleared are with no snow. I was very very warm. I felt like I was wrapped in a ton of blankets.

I stood up taking my bag and wand. I looked in my bag for warm clothes even though my powers would do enough.

I started walking again not knowing where I was headed or where I would wind up. My body stayed heated but my fingers were a rosy pink.

I walked for a long time and then started to run. I wanted to find a place to stay quickly. I ran fast making sure I kept my feet up so I didn't trip.

After a long time I walked again. I looked up at the sky and decided to make a wild guess on the time. I don't feel I've been up long so I guessed it was around 9 A.M.

White clouds loomed over me as the wind started to pick up. I didn't know many spells on getting stranded or lost in specific weather so when it got foggy and the snow started falling heavily I couldn't help my vision.

What felt odd was that it wasn't summer too long ago. I haven't kept much track of time since I was stuck at Malfoy manor. I knew it was just a freezing fall.

After a long time the snow got worse. I was still warm and no hypothermia but I started to get hungry. The snow fell fast and heavy.

I could hardly see in the heavy snow and the fast wind and I assumed a blizzard was coming. This is the worst time for this to happen.

I kept walking even if it got harder to walk. I was incredibly hungry and my feet started to hurt.

I looked for anything nearby to get shelter but there was nothing. I went under a tree again using my hot fire to warm a spot melting snow. I sat down holding my stomach.

For some reason I felt cold which made me panic. After around 15 minutes y powers seemed to fade. I started shivering and I was starving. I huddled my body to keep warm.

I grabbed my wand from my coat hoping to remember a spell to help me but when I pulled it out a strong wind blowed super hard pulling it from my hand.

A white owl appeared snatching my wand up and flying away. I tried to use my power to stop it but it wasn't working. "Fuck No!!" I yelled as it flew away.

It felt like almost an hour as I got freezing. I shivered intensely as my stomach growled. The cold over took my body. I lay down exhausted. I shivered and looked at my freezing hands.

My head started to hurt and I felt like I would pass out. My conscious started to slip away.

As my eyes fluttered to close a dark figure approached me picking me up tossing me over their soldier and I passed out.
