This is short ass fuck but it's meant to be. I'm also trying out third point of view just as a experiment and a new writing style.Do you prefer second or third?

(Y/N) never imagined their dating life to involve secrecy and especially not with the world's greatest detective, L Lawliet. It's a rollercoaster of sneaking around the task force, avoiding suspicion, and trying not to burst into laughter at the absurdity of it all. But at the same time, it was a nice twist on the once bored emotions you felt before.

Being in a romantic relationship with L has its.... Quirks. 'Romantic dinners' are a mix of sweet treats and impromptu detective work. There is no casual strolling in public like those old married couples the younger generation can't help aweing at.

One day, (Y/N) was at L's hotel room, enjoying a rare moment of relaxation. When Watari strolls in. He regards expressed in a knowing smile, a twinkle in his..... Never opening eyes that suggests he's seen and understood far more than previously thought.

"Ah, (Y/N)" he says warmly, placing a hand on the set of hair on (Y/n)'s head. "Thank you for not letting my son die a Virgin".

(Y/N) nearly choked on the tea being sipped, trying to comprehend the absurdity of the situation while desperately avoiding eye contact with L, who is suddenly engrossed in his computer.

From that moment on, every interaction with Watari became a work out in trying not to laugh and maintaining composure. His subtle nods left (Y/N) wondering just how much he knows and how he manages to keep a straight face.

Navigating the way around L's life became.... Much funnier. Comically intricate even. From dodging task force to deciphering cryptic messages disguised as grocery list, (Y/N)'s love with L became exhilarating and almost obsurd.

But eventually, the reflection on this secret rollercoast, laughter and love, and amidst all the shenanigans, Watari's unexpected yet.... Heartfelt words linger, it left (Y/N) perplexed and amused.

(Y/N) knows what they have found is something truly special--- a love both unconventional and unbreakable with L Lawliet.
