Do you think it's a better idea to make a separate book because of how many genshin chapters I make yet don't have the room to make a tag for it?

(You were with wanderer back when he was in the fatui and before he joined the fatui btw and you stay with him when he is the wanderer)

The calming breeze soothed your once troubled mind as you took deep breaths and closed your eyes, enjoying the moment as the tree hanging over you gave the wind it's leaves.

The man over you let you lay on his thoughts as he played with your hair. It's one of the few moments where he let himself be vulnerable and reveal what he truly wants, you have the privilege to be one of the few to see that, actually you see it the most out of everyone in the world.

The wanderer sighed "when was the last time we were this relaxed?" He too closed his eyes, enjoying the moment as he leaned back on the bark of the tree

You stopped and thought to past memories.

"..... when we were on the ship to Monstadt and you asked me to sneak into your room"

Wanderer let a little snicker escape and a tiny smile mark his face "I think you liked the thrill of sneaking around for our forbidden love" he teasingly moved his hand from your neck to an inch under your clothes and continued "or maybe the idea of getting caught was more thrilling"

You lifted yourself up and faced your body to him, much to his dismay

"Based on the onsen incident I'd say you enjoyed that idea more"

(Onsen- japanese outdoor bath, usually where geothermic heat is so it's warm)

Not expecting it the wanderer turned red and looked away, using his hand to tilt his hat to block you seeing him. Despite that his anemo vision glowed, exposing what he was feeling.

You smiled and laughed a little.

You leaned down, and tiled the hat up a bit so you could kiss his cheek.

"I'm happy we can have these moments more often. As enjoyable sneaking around was, I think we both prefer the freedom"

Despite his still red face he looked at you with meaningful eyes full of love and a bit of embrassment. He took a few seconds of silence a gently held his vision in his hand.

"..... can I tell you a story I once heard?"

"Of course"

"There was a puppet soldier who's greatest wish was to be with the ballerina doll" he stared into the clouds pink colour and the wind dragging the leaves, reminiscing on the memory.

"But.... He didn't have a heart and he didn't know where his feelings came from.... One day his owner didn't want him anymore and threw him in flames, he stared at the ballerina as he burned.... When the smoke cleared there was a tiny heart in the ashes..... an old friend told me that story"

It was a few seconds of silence, wanderer looked down in sadness.

"..... where do you think his heart came from?"

He looked at you and held your hand.

"..... he stared at the ballerina for so long, that gave him the heart and allowed him to love the ballerina...... when I first heard the story I thought it was just the shape of the ashes.. it wasn't a real heart"

He leaned against you, onto your shoulder

"But now.... I think about how you managed to make me fall in love with you even without a heart..... now I truly believe it was a real heart and I have two hearts..... one for you and the other for the vision"

The sweet smile on your face was a true sight to behold, you kissed him on the lips and enjoyed the moments.

Fun fact: (not confirmed) but there is a story about a tin soldier falling in love with a paper ballerina, and in the end the ballerina and the tin soldier both burn together where the heart is found. Also his owner not want him wasn't why he ended up in the wire, he was executed (maybe a callback to how Kuni wasn't really abandoned)
