FNAF: stands for Five Nights at Freddy's. It's a horror game with heavy lore where 6 kids who went missing possess animatronics and you have to play as a nightguard and try to stop the animatronics from killing you until 12pm to 6am.

The big lore progresses from there and (I don't know if this could be seen as spoilers since its theorized but still spoiler warning) Michael Afton is the nightguard you play as. I recommend seeing the games and watching theories in order to get his involvment in the lore. As a teen he was pretty much a classical bully.

I will try to keep away from theories and try to keep with what is confirmed but for a game/book like FNAF it's basically impossible.

Pretty much a classical bully but he had a sweet side to him.

He most likely hid his feelings and kept a tough guy act like you see how most guys are today. And it would take a while of knowing him before he starts showing his actual feelings to you, only in private though.

He most definitely pranks you a lot. Not as harmful as his brothers final prank just harmless stuff like holding something above your head if you're smaller then him or popping a water balloon over your head.

Apart of him is scared you'll get sick of him and leave so he never makes the pranks too far.

If you're Against the whole 'big bully' thing then he won't stop but he won't do it in front of you, although at random times it just ends up happening.

Convinces you to skip class with him so he can buy you both some food.

Most definitely secretly likes to be held but he'll never tell anyone

As a teen your relationship is most likely platonic. Again he'll act like a stereotypical man who thinks 'ShOwInG eMoTiOn'S iSn'T mAnLy' or some bs like that. So things like commitment is problem with him especially considering his parents are divorced.

If you were his friend in childhood and his newfound friends (who also tormented his brother) thought you were 'uncool' he would sadly take their side. He wanted to be popular and be pushed you away to do it (when he got his head straight he said sorry and practically cried to you)

Although if he does have a crush on you then from how close he is with you it does seem like you're dating. At random times he'll appear behind you and give you a nuggie or (in private) he'd let you sleep on him.

He gets jealous often and he doesn't realise it's because of his crippling self esteem issues. Although when he is jealous he calms down quick, just watch some tv show with him for a few minutes.

Acts like a bully and a jock at school but he's actually a big nerd, especially for superhero comics and star Wars movies.

He cares way too much about reputation and what people think of him but if he trusts you enough he acts like completely different person in private.

Maybe friends with benefits (I ain't going into depth about it because that just makes me uncomfortable)

If you're (biologically speaking) a man then he can get away with more affectionate touches because it's the 1800's nobody expects anyone, especially someone like Michael to be gay.

And if you're (again, biologically speaking) a man then he'll be more paranoid about the 'friends with benefits' thing

100% had a sleepover at some point.
