FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION: Psychological Profile of the Jane Doe Killer:

2 0 0

The perpetrator is an organized, antisocial psychopath who plans his actions. It makes perfect sense. He is a highly manipulable individual. He is intelligent and has an excellent vocabulary, a university-educated narcissistic individual who cares for himself, his appearance, and his health. He is caring and tidy. He leaves the body in another place, very carefully arranged. He cleans up after himself. Always. The weapon is identified but never found. The killer will take her with him - just as he brought her. This is a thorough self-control on the part of the killer. He shows tremendous patience and perseverance as he watches his victims and then perfectly devises and executes the entire act flawlessly.

He drives prestigious cars, has a high-ranking position at work (supervisor, manager) - is gifted in languages, is authoritative (businessman), and is well-dressed. Extrovert, communicative, adaptable, and generally prevalent in society and the team. He can live in a partnership, and he can have children. He is a member of some organization and helps - a deliberate, fake camouflage maneuver.

He is an emotionless manipulator indifferent to other people's lives. He chooses his victims outside his community. They may be victims of random selection. There is no motivation. They kill for no reason. He observes everyone around him. He follows the victims several days before the murderous act. He watches their every move and creates a timetable.

He has never communicated with the police or the media, but it is more than likely that he watches his work. He may return to crime scenes. Due to the nature of the crime and the subsequent treatment of the victims' bodies, I would say that he owns a house on the city's outskirts or in the country - far from civilization, from neighbors who could hear anything. However, he still appears charismatic and trustworthy to his acquaintances.

The type of victims he chooses are young blond women working or studying, ambitious and goal-oriented. He is reacting to his surroundings by killing. Most likely, there are high-ranking women around him. Authoritative and manipulative personalities towards whom they feel strong resentment, perhaps even envy.

Some aspects of this case seem very personal, but there is no evidence that the victims knew each other. The way of watching and learning the rituals and habits of the victims is purely unique and patient; on the other hand, shooting from behind a tree or at night is impersonal, and it does not even seem like the actions of a serial killer, but at the same time it denies the placing of bodies in a freezing device and the subsequent placement of the bodies in the localities where they were found.
