Psychological report - diagnosis of Dr. Alexis E. Stepman:
Dr. Alexis E. Stepman attended psychological sessions for Post-traumatic stress disorder, in which she began to experience symptoms such as anxiety and panic attacks, stress, sleep disturbances, and nightmares, in 1999 after the death of her mother in a car accident in which she was a direct participant.
Secondary manifestations became problems with communication, mistrust, and problems with integration into everyday life and establishing relationships. Anxiety states were controlled with medication. She suffered a head injury in a car accident. She was taking codeine on doctors' orders.
Already in his early youth, he studied with Dr. The Stepman. He began to manifest pathological phenomena such as chronic lying, aggressiveness, inattention, and other symptoms of childhood trauma - daydreaming, defiance of authority, anger, phobias, and tendency to accidents - and after the shooting in 2008, in combination with stress and overwork, paranoid behavior. She was losing control of herself more and more. I witnessed firsthand how she was under the influence of alcohol, drugs, and medicines. She could not control herself and was a danger to herself and others.
Tends to addictions, she exhibited self-harm, a penchant for weapons, a fascination with death, narcissism, and symptoms of a split personality. She demonstrates the so-called psychopathic-psychotic personality disorder, which is defined and confirmed by pathological phenomena such as impulsivity, childhood trauma, lack of self-control, violent behavior, narcissism, pathological lying, manipulable behavior, lack of empathy, superficiality, inclination to weapons, violence and aggression, paranoia, emotional instability, desire for excitement and a sense of boring life that needs to be compensated by violent employment. PO is a split personality where the affected patient is both a victim and a perpetrator. He exhibits post-traumatic memories of the abduction and, at the same time, the killer's manipulation, aggression, and narcissism.
My observation concludes that Dr. Stepman poses a risk to herself and others. She is armed and dangerous. She does not take medication that would suppress her condition.
Due to the diagnosis - she is dying of organ failure - she has nothing more to lose, and therefore, she is capable of anything. She is highly vindictive and aggressive and takes things too personally. He acts based on emotions and inner drives. She used to act rationally, but PTSD changed her behavior. She ran away from family and friends. She lost her job, which was her most significant loss. She showed excessive workaholism, obsession, aggressiveness, remorse, and superficial charm at work. He voluntarily avoids sleep and thus gets into states of absolute exhaustion.
My recommendation for Dr. Stepman is under constant control and regular administration of medication. Detention is ideal because she is capable of murdering a person.
