Formerly, Hoover University of Paleontology was founded and built in 1930 and named after the 31st President of the United States of America, Herbert Hoover (President 1929-1933), who studied archeology and forensic science as a young man. He was a great natural science enthusiast. Even after years spent in politics and the president's office, he did not resent his beloved science. He even visited the university building several times and participated in two unique discoveries by local scientists. It is a classicist building with a technologically very modern interior and a glass dome, reopened in the first half of 2009 after the bomb explosion 2008. 2009, it was renamed the Hoover University of Natural Sciences and History.
