Maximillian Bennett was born in Europe to Emmett and Agatha Bennett in 1716 along with his twin brother, Silas Bennett, in a relatively poor house. Unknown to any of them, Maximillian was born with the latent power of Chaos Magic; making him the legendary Scarlet Witch. But his powers were too weak and were doomed only to diminish overtime.
