Before heading upon into the Training Center for the very first time, the Districts are dressed up in an orderly fashion to make a first impression onto the citizens of the Capitol.
Their mentors remain in charge of their mannerism, and guide them to make the most of their debut among the common people. All the while, their designated stylists are given full comfort and privilege to make their tributes a gift of the people to represent them and the most of what their cause may ensue.
All twenty-four tributes are ushered into an outfit designed intricately upon their first arrival at the Capitol, but not until they were tended, cleansed, and immersed in the hands of its greatest artists.
By then, the Districts are released into the eye of the public for all to see as they venture on their way via chariot to the view of the President, who will guide and wish them all the best of luck in the days to come.
