Chapter One

In a world called 'Ikemakia' there were eight different kingdoms that were divided by either borders or by large bodies of water. There were five kingdoms that had gotten together to put an end to the strong kingdom of Dymon, where the only known demon kingdom was. Dymon had the smallest amount of land-but it was known as the richest in resources and bureaucracy. The male who held the title of 'King' of Dymon was very prideful and trusted no one outside of the demonic race.

So when he had gotten a letter while he was having dinner with his beloved siblings and their small families stating that they would be at war within a month-time, he knew he made the right call not to reach out to the other kingdoms for friendship and the like. His siblings and him took the hostile kingdoms to war all at once, going in groups to do the most effective damage. Once all of them were laid to the ground in defeat the demon brothers knew that each of the vacant kingdoms would need new rulers.

The eldest gave the job of ruling Dymon to the youngest as he took the second eldest to Koviel-a kingdom that once was run by hostile vampires. Leviathan took the other hostile vampire kingdom; Kivia. Next in line was Satan, he chose to go to the kingdom once ran by very hostile elemental's who tortured, abused and starved those within the kingdom of Ragia. Asmodeus went to one of the two human kingdoms-Zolon, which was just as bad as the kingdom of Ragia when it came to how they were treated, and Lastly Beelzabub took the other human kingdom that was running on fumes by the name of Martistia.

Those kingdoms instantly shared a connection to their home kingdom of Dymon after the war had happened. As years had passed since the war had happened, the males had come together to mourn the anniversary of the death of their beloved sister Lillth who had died within the war. While they had talked about the good times, the bad times and the ugly times with one another-it was obvious to them that they were too sheltered being around one another even with their own kingdoms now to control and rule over. It was Satan who had made the mention to reach out to the two peaceful kingdoms-Raewan of the dragon born and the last standing human kingdom-Caelum. All but the eldest were on board with the idea to make a treaty with one of them.

His pride in the hatred of humankind made him not wish to trust those outside of their circle of knowledge. As the eldest was in the midst of saying how stupid they were all are for brainlessly agreeing to something-one of the butlers of the estate told them that the king of Caelum wishes to talk to the lot of them about a peace treaty amongst the lot of them. The eldest was stunned to hear that the human king actually had the guts to come all the way over to Dymon just to talk with them about a treaty.

The youngest-Belphegor told the butler to let the king into the room and they would speak with him. When the male came in, he came in with a male no younger than the eldest first born child.

"Greetings to the seven of you, my name is Regis Lucis Caelum. I come here in peace to strike a treaty with the seven of you. I am aware that this should have happened before now-especially with the war that those morons that held the positions that are now held by the lot of you did not long ago. But at the time I had nothing to offer as peacekeeping between the lot of us-now I do, that is if you wish to have peace with me."

Lucifer was going to speak but Belphegor spoke up. "As the king of the kingdom of Dymon, I humbly accept your treaty as do most of my siblings. We were actually just talking about coming to you with one Lord Regis. So this does save time for all of us involved. The only one you must try to convince is our prideful eldest brother-Lucifer, who happens to be keen on holding grudges for long periods of time."

Regis was surprised to hear what he had from the demon king and smiled a bit. "Lord Lucifer, what can I do to make you see that I mean no harm? I merely wish to co-exist and share what we have in Caelum with all of your kingdoms."
