When they had gotten to Raewan five days later, Rogue had gotten to know the young Queen rather well. When they had gotten to Raewan the king was waiting for them with more than a few guards. The first to get off of the ferry boat was Lilith who didn't look pleased to see her husband. Once she was off she went to the side with her arms crossed and said nothing to her husband as Rogue came off of the ferry boat with his hand laced with Reina's.

His father's eyes darkened seeing that he had his hand with one of the Dymon children. Before his father could speak up Reina had with a stern tone. "Lord Skia, It has come to my attention that you have been ignoring the words of your son. He has told you time and time again that he has had his eyes upon someone else. You have dismissed his words as if he doesn't know what he has been speaking about instead of engaging in conversation and trying to comprehend what your son has been trying to place out towards you." Reina spoke sternly

Skia's glare didn't let up as he heard the young raven haired female speak. 

"On the day of my birthday your dearest loving son has made it rather clear to me just how much he loves and cares for me. How much he wishes to have a connection with me, which I have agreed to allow him to have-especially now knowing that I am indeed his soul mate which you know dragon kin have! If you do not allow your son to speak his peace and explain himself to you then we will not get off of the ferry and you will never see your son in Raewan ever again. I have willing come here as QUEEN of Dymon to speak PEACEFULLY about the affairs between your son and you."

Skia looked taken back hearing what the young raven haired female said before he let out a sigh. "This will not do, I have already set up someone to marry into the family name."

Rogue pulled Reina into him tightly. "If I am not to be with my soul mate you will not have an heir to the throne and I can assure you that you will be killing off the family name with me being with anyone else but my soul mate." Rogue said sternly

Before Skia could speak Lilith spoke up going in front of the duo. "Anyone other than his soul mate will make him miserable. I have seen just how happy he's been the last five days going from Dymon to Raewan. If you rob him of that happiness you will not be just losing your son, but you will be losing me as well. I will not be here if you are not going to even consider speaking and understanding your son. He has his own life and his own heart, let alone he knows when he has found his soul mate-and that just so happens to be my niece Reina. I may have adopted your son, but that does not mean that I will stand by and allow you to ruin his life!" Lilith hissed out 

"Then that the hell am I supposed to tell the Gennia family?"

"Tell them that their services aren't needed that our son has found his soul mate who is a queen. If they do not understand that much they shouldn't even have been considered in the first place." Lilith hissed coldly

Skia growled out. "I do not approve of our son being with a demon born!"

"My niece isn't a demon, she is human. Just like her mother was." Lilith said unamused

"Even more so! She will not be able to handle the-"Skia said before Reina spoke up

"You do not know me!  Had you stayed in Dymon for Renzo and I's birthday each year instead of high tailing out when you figured no one would notice your absence you would know a lot about who I am and what type of woman I am. Let alone the friendship your son and I have gained over the many years. Each and very time Rogue would come to Dymon it is not to provoke the Dymon kingdom, it is to spend time with Renzo and I. It is to form bonds with the new leaders of Dymon. But you don't even have what it takes to communicate with your son let alone ask him simple questions that a father should have asked his son." Reina said seriously

Skia looked unamused "If you truly think you have what it takes then you will be trialed, every person who dares be wed off to the royal family must do so. If you can complete it without much harm done to you I will comply and listen to my son. If not then you must drop my son as an interest and leave."

"Very well, but let's make this interesting just so people understand just what it is at stake here. The woman whom you wish to marry Rogue to, let her go against me. See how she fairs against a mere female human who has your sons heart."

Skia looked amused at the raven haired female. "I can work with that and agree to it. Every trial is different so there is nothing you can do to prepare for it."

"Very well then, I will stay on here until it is time. Do what you must to prepare, until I am welcomed as a guest to this kingdom I will not step foot onto it's land."

skia brushed her off and looked at Rogue. "You are not to be around her until the trial is done for."

Lilith looked at Rogue. "Let's go elsewhere until the trial begins. We need to have a chat about what I heard you and my niece speak about."

"Of course mother." Rogue said before he flew off with Lilith

Reina went back to where she sat on the boat while Skia ordered two of his men to stay near the boat to watch over the queen while the others went to get lady Kaguria. Reina read the book she had with her while she waited, it was three hours before she was escorted off of the boat and taken to an arena where she was face to face with a black dragon. 

"It has been decided that you two's trial will be a battle of life and death, whomever come out on top shall marry my son Crown Prince Rogue." Skia spoke loudly for all of the Dragon kin to hear "There is no rules, so begin!"

The dragon had swiped at her with her tail only for Reina to grab it and burn it with her touch making the dragon screech out in pain. Reina feared no dragon, her memories of the past made her future seem like nothing. Reina spoke a spell that transformed her to her human form which shocked the dragon female. 

"How dare you! How dare you transform me into this ugly form!" The female said before going straight for her. 

Reina didn't move, instead she moved her daggers from her wrists into the stomach of the female before slicing her head off quickly leaving the female dead on the ground. People went from cheering to being dead silent seeing just what the Dymon Queen was able to do. Skia was stunned to see that the queen was able to kill one of his own so quickly.

Rogue was smug knowing just what Reina had done. "And this is why I love her and want her as my wife. A deal is a deal father."

Skia let out a sigh before he went down to where she was. "How did you do that?"

"The kingdom of Dymon has books about all kin that live in this world, their weaknesses and how to defeat them." Reina stated before she pulled her daggers out. "These daggers are made of black coal silver which I know is the weakness of you dragons. It is why she squealed out when she used her tail against me. I had punctured her tail with my daggers. A deal is a deal, you will listen to your son and allow me to marry him." Reina said seriously 

Skia stepped back a bit as he frowned "I had no idea that Dymon had that material accessed to them."

"It originally came from Dymon what do you think." Reina hissed out coldly "Answer me or follow suit."

As Reina spoke she held onto her daggers tightly. "You have already made hostile claims towards the Queen of Dymon without good reason. You have broken the peace treaty you had signed with my father by doing what you have the moment you saw Rogue with me. So shall I carry out the pretext or can we get along civilly?" 

Skia let out a defeated sigh as he knelt down defeated. "You may marry my son."

"Good, glad you can understand what is at stake here. Let your people know or I will. And I won't let a thing go missing."
