"How dare you say what you had to her! She already has confidence problems!"

"Like you're one to talk, she's told me how you've been self guessing yourself. You're older than her for fuck sakes. Take some responsibility for your own actions."

"At least I've never pushed her down to make her think that she can never be a queen!"

"I didn't 'push her down' I was blunt and honest with her. If she can't take honest feed back about herself then she doesn't deserve to be crowned today. Honestly I thought her brother would be crowned today-not her. She doesn't have what it takes."

Renzo had been overhearing their argument and knew that he had to do something about it. So he got out of hiding and went between the two males. "Oi boys, mind not arguing about Rei on our birthday please?"

Noctis looked at him sadly "I apologize, he just pisses me the hell off!"

"I know why and arguing with him isn't going to help matters. If you want to show that you're the better person go to Rei. She's in the garden right now." Renzo stated seriously

Noctis left and went to find Reina, when he found her she was hugging her legs as she was in thought. He sat beside her which startled her as she moved from him. "Oh...it's just you. I would have thought you'd be fighting with Rogue after what was said earlier."

"I had been but your brother broke that up...don't let that bastard get the better of you."

Reina frowned as she looked down at the roses in front of them. "He's been saying the same thing for over five years now...I...I don't know what to think or do anymore."

Noctis moved closer to her and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Reina, you are fine just how you are. You don't need to change yourself or listen to that prissy ass prince. He doesn't know you as well as he thinks he does. I know I don't have room to talk but at least I can say that I had time to do so. He hasn't."

Reina placed her legs down and she looked up at him. "Noctis...am I being overly emotional?"

"No, I don't believe you are at all."

Reina grabbed his hand from her shoulder and held onto it before she leaned herself up against him. "Noctis...I've wanted to go back to Caelum for a while now but my brother and father said it wouldn't be a good idea. That I had to give you the time you needed...but how much time would you have needed to see what was lost?"

"You really wanted me to be around you when you were younger...didn't you?"

She nodded her head sadly before she looked up at him. "Yes I was angry that you wouldn't see and express how you felt about me...but that never meant that I stopped loving you Noctis."

Noctis was silent for a moment as he took in what she said to him, he used his freehand to cup her face and kiss her on the lips. Reina happily kissed him back as she laced her hand with his hand. Once he pulled away from her he pressed his forehead against hers. "Reina, I never stopped loving you either. Even though I've been constantly pushed to marry Lunafreya, she knew that my heart wouldn't be in it so she has chosen to wait to see what I chose to do today before she made her final choice."

"So...what will you chose to do Noctis?"

"I'd love to be back with you Reina...that is if you allow me to do so Princess."

Reina teared up hearing him speak and smiled at him. "I...I'd love that bunches!"

Reina then hugged him tightly, he happily returned the hug as he let out a sigh of relief, the fear of reject had been high within him. He didn't know if Reina would ever forgive him for his faults but knowing now that she forgave and forgot what he had done made him rather happy. As Reina had pulled away from him Belphegor called out to both of them making both of them get up as they went up to the elder male. 

"Yes Father?"

"Your cousins are here, I wish for you and your brother to greet them together."

"Yes father."

"While you do so I need to speak with Noctis about what I spoke with his father about."

She nodded her head and smiled at Noctis. "I'll see you later Noctis." She said happily before she went inside.

Renzo was waiting for her and wrapped his arm around her shoulder. "Looks like our cousins came by. They don't know about my choice, I want you to tell them what was explained this morning."

"B-But what if they hate me for it?"

"Hm...you got a point there. Alright I'll tell them."

Reina nodded her head and they went to see their cousins. "There's the king to be!" Their elder cousin Richard stated happily

"No-no, not king to be. I've already spoken with my father and I've stepped down." Renzo said shaking his head

All of them looked stunned. "W-What?! Why would you do that?!" Flora asked shocked

Renzo looked unamused as he placed a hand on the top of Reina's head. "Really ya'll are just gonna act like you haven't been shaming by sister since we've been six years old? None of you know Reina or even have any idea how the woman works. She's been scared shitless about what's going to happen today when she found out that I stepped down. Her first fear came with the lot of you. NONE OF YOU have chosen to even befriend her! All of you are worse than our uncles!" Renzo said angered

Aiden glared at Reina "You brainwashed him didn't you?! You just had to be the center of attention didn't you?!"

Reina said nothing as she hid behind her elder brother afraid of what would happen if she spoke up. Renzo let out a sigh and crossed his arms. "Let me ask you all this, did any of you chose to get Reina a gift today?"

"Pft-hell no, we only got something for you Ren you know that we'd never get anything for her. She's useless." Henry said with a scoff

"Get out." Renzo said seriously

"W-What?" Richard said shocked

"You all heard me. Get. Out! If you aren't going to give Rei a gift today as well none of you are allowed to step another foot in here. You all know the rules if you don't bring a gift for both of us you don't get to come in. Now OUT!" Renzo said angered

Flora narrowed her eyes at Reina "You should have died when you were eight you brat!"

Reina teared up and she left the manor depressed and unwanted. Renzo was furious with what was said. He beat up all of his cousins for their words towards Reina before he went to go find where his baby sister made off to calling out to her in the process.
