As the vampire trio arrived at the party, they recognized how huge the mansion was and underestimated how many people would end up coming. Given how it was an open invite and it was the weekend, meaning that giving up this opportunity to party would be stupid.

"Well this place is full.", Moonbyul commented as they easily stepped into the mansion hall and noticed people drinking and dancing everywhere.

How were we able to step in here so easily without needing to be invited inside? Moonbyul added shortly after in surprise as the girls looked at each other.

Our families have been invited in, this mansion holds our ancestors' history, Seulgi mentally responded as they continued walking inside.

"Let's use this to our advantage since it'll be easy to search this place without getting caught or heard.", Seungwan pointed out and the girls nodded.

"Has Sooyoung gotten back to you?", Seulgi added shortly after and fixed her flannel after a girl purposely brushed up against her while passing by as the latter gave her a certain look that made Seulgi raise her eyebrows, stunned.

"No, but I let her know that we're here. I told her that Byul is to blame for our nearly hour-late arrival.", Seungwan said in annoyance as she glared at Moonbyul who guiltily smiled.

"Some of us like to look good Wan, don't project.", Moonbyul responded as Seungwan rolled her eyes.

"Stay focused, we'll split up to get more information. Let's meet at the balcony in half an hour and keep an eye out for the other four.", Seulgi stated, nudging the two in their waists as they groaned and nodded.

Seulgi cautiously made her way up the grand staircase, the flickering candlelight casting eerie shadows on the walls. She felt a tingling sensation in her senses, telling her that she was getting closer to uncovering the truth about Park Bogum and his basketball buddies.

As she reached the top floor, she scanned the hallway, looking for any signs or clues that would confirm her suspicions. The sound of distant laughter and muffled music from the ongoing house party below filled the air, providing her with the perfect cover for her discreet investigation.

The rooms on the top floor were dimly lit, giving off an air of mystery. Besides the few teenagers who were hanging out in the hallways and roughly making out as Seulgi silently moved from one room to another, her eyes keenly searching for any indication that would label Bogum a werewolf. Drawers were carefully opened and inspected, while she checked behind paintings and beneath furniture for secret compartments.

As she entered what seemed to be a study, she noticed several photographs of Park Bogum and his basketball buddies adorning the walls. Seulgi wondered if they were genuine humans or if there was more to their story.

Just as Seulgi was about to examine a peculiar bookshelf, she heard footsteps in what seemed like an extra secluded area in the room she was in. Panic coursed through her veins, and quick thinking led her to rush outside. Only to run into a girl, who she then decided to pull into the nearest room.

"Joohyun..? What are you doing up here?", Seulgi curiously asked and let go of the older who blinked in a daze after realizing who they were.
