Seulgi let out a frustrated sigh as she finished cleaning up the mess Moonbyul had made on the floor. Her thoughts returned to Joohyun, realizing she hadn't even texted her about missing school that day. So she quickly picked up her phone and began typing out a message for the older.

Apologizing for not letting her know beforehand that she would be missing school and asked how her day went. But just as she hit send, Moonbyul let out an odd sound from the living room. Seulgi's heart sank as she peeked into the room to see Moonbyul throwing up on the floor once again.

"Again?! Byul I placed the bucket right next to you after the first time you threw up.", Seulgi pointed out in frustration and set her phone down as she grabbed the mop again.

"Never let me drink that much again...", Moonbyul groaned and rolled over to her side as Seungwan came rushing downstairs after hearing the commotion.

"We wouldn't have if you hadn't gone off on your own.", Seungwan commented and took the mop from Seulgi after seeing her gag.

"I got it this time, just heat some of the porridge I made earlier and prepare some medicine for her to take too.", Seungwan instructed and Seulgi quickly gave up the mop and rushed into the kitchen as she momentarily glanced at her phone to see if Joohyun had responded but she hadn't yet.

She's probably busy with classes, Seulgi told herself and softly exhaled, not wanting to worry or bother Joohyun too much during school as she settled to do what Seungwan told her to do.

Joohyun sat at her desk in her office, staring at the computer screen without really seeing anything. Her mind was filled with thoughts of Krystal and Seulgi, and her comment about earlier playing on repeat in her mind. She couldn't shake off the feeling of curiosity that gnawed at her, wanting to know what had transpired between the two.

"What did they do yesterday?", Joohyun muttered to herself and tapped her knuckles on the desk before loudly exhaling and shutting her textbook in frustration.

She was not able to get anything done regarding her studies due to the thoughts lingering in her head as if they were taunting her. But she didn't want to give in and respond to Seulgi's message either. Knowing that she wasn't in the right state of mind to respond nicely.

Unable to focus on her work, Joohyun decided to head home early. She needed a change of environment, away from the reminder of her unanswered questions. She requested her driver to pick her up from school, citing a sudden note of sickness as the reason for leaving early.

As she made her way towards the car, Joohyun's mind wandered again, replaying the snippets of the conversation she had witnessed between Krystal and Seulgi. She remembered the way that the younger quickly turned around after hearing Krystal's voice.

"Please don't tell my parents about this. I don't want them worrying.", Joohyun requested after entering the vehicle and the driver nodded as the older made herself comfortable.

But during the drive home, Joohyun couldn't help but question herself. Why did it bother her so much? Was it because she saw Krystal as a threat?

This is going to drive me crazy, Joohyun told herself and softly exhaled as she glanced at the message Sooyoung and Yongsun sent in the group chat.
