Chapter VII (✓)

Under the dimly lit night sky, Seulgi, Seungwan, and Moonbyul crouched behind a row of bushes near the entrance of their school campus. Their senses heightened so nothing would go wrong tonight.

"Sooyoung said that the security guards only do one round every hour at the end, which is good since we've arrived after they did so.", Seulgi mumbled to the others as she scouted the front area.

With that, the trio put on their black hoodies, pulled up their hoods, and slipped through the partially open gate. They moved swiftly and silently, relying on their senses and each other to discreetly enter.

The school was eerily quiet, and their footsteps echoed softly as they made their way down the halls and avoided the cameras in the building by vanishing before they could be filmed.

Their first stop was Bogum's locker. Seulgi took out a small vial containing the potent wolfsbane extract. Carefully, she coated the handle of his locker, knowing that the touch alone could cause a strong reaction.

Let's see how you react, Seulgi thought to herself as she finished coating the handle before joining the other two.

They moved on, coating the lockers and desks of Bogum's friends and his, ensuring that their plan would have a lasting impact.

As they navigated the dark corridors, they heard faint chatter from a distant classroom— perhaps a teacher working late or a student pulling an all-nighter as they became quieter and began heading towards the way they came in from.

But just as they turned to leave, a sound came from behind them—a soft click of a door closing shut. Panic surged through their veins as they realized they were not alone.

Shit, hide! Seungwan stated in worry as they hastily hid in the nearest classroom, their breaths coming in shallow gasps. The darkness cloaked them, shielding their presence from the intruder.

Then after a couple of seconds, Moonbyul peered through a crack in the door, anxious to catch a glimpse of who had entered the building. To their relief, they saw a janitor making his nightly rounds, carrying a mop and bucket.

"False alarm, just a janitor.", Moonbyul mumbled for the duo to hear as they nodded.

After what felt like an eternity, the janitor left, returning the school to its eerie stillness. Silently, they retraced their steps, slipping out of the building and back through the gate. As they made their way home, adrenaline coursed through their veins, mingling with a sense of accomplishment.

"We did it! Let's just wait and see what happens tomorrow."

The morning sun painted the sky with hues of pink and orange as Seulgi, Seungwan, and Moonbyul arrived at school unusually early. They wanted to witness the aftermath of their plan involving the wolfsbane extract and see the reactions of Bogum and his friends firsthand.

Huddled by Moonbyul's locker which was surprisingly across from Bogum's, they watched as he and his buddies made their way inside the school as they gave the trio a look of irritation.

They don't have a clue in the world, Seungwan said in amusement as they went back to talking among each other.

As the unsuspecting werewolves approached their lockers, Seulgi, Seungwan, and Moonbyul exchanged knowing glances after seeing Bogum take out some books from his backpack.
