Sakura: Can you tell me about the first person you killed?
Silence...thats all that was heard throughout the entire forest after Sakura had said those words.
Sakura: Kumotta? I'm sorry if I upset you, my curiosity just got the best of me.
Kumotta: No it's...fine. It's just... it's not exactly a happy or cool story. Are you sure you want to hear it?
Sakura nodded her head and Kumotta sighed. The only other person he had told this story to was Sasuke, well him and Lord Third that is.
Kumotta: Okay well...
(Flashback)
About 4 years ago, just shortly after month or two after the Uchiha massacre. You could see a younger Kumotta walking to his father and brother's grave.
Kumotta: <to the headstones> father... big brother... it's been, difficult these past few months without you. <starts to tear up> big brother...why? Why did you do it? <crying> If you were here maybe you could've stopped or maybe even convinced big brother Itachi to stop. You weren't the kind of person to just give up on your life.
As he is talking to the headstone we can see another boy around the same age looking at a gravestone. Kumotta noticed this and walked over to the boy, not liking to see any person in pain. Kumotta had a good soul.
???: <crying> Mother...I miss you so much. Father hasn't been the same without you. And neither have I. I swear on my life I will avenge you.
Just then the boy noticed Kumotta walking to him, he then proceeded to wipe his eyes to hide the tears that had just been shed.
???: <fake smiles> Hello, my name is Sagi-shi Hyuga. May I ask what it is you are doing here?
Kumotta tensed up the moment he said Hyuga. He doesn't get along with the Hyuga clan very well. Whether it has something to do with Uchiha and Hyuga or maybe it's him they don't like. They would always find him when he is secluded from others and beat him to the brink of death.
Kumotta: My name is Kumotta Uchiha, and I was here visiting my father and brother's graves. I saw you over here and thought I would come and check on you.
Sagi-shi was taken aback by this, he was normally a laughing stock amongst his clan mates. The only person other than this boy that ever showed him kindness was his own mother.
Sagi-shi: <genuine smile> Well that's awfully nice of you Kumotta. Would you like to have lunch?
Kumotta smiled and nodded his head in agreement and the two walk off to a nearby restaurant.
(Timeskip to about 4 months)
Over the past couple of months Kumotta and Sagi-shi would hang out everyday, training, playing, or even just talking. It was a good distraction for both boys as they both had each other in their time of grief. All the beatings the older Hyugas would give Kumotta even seemed to stop. But just like all other things, it too came to an end.
Sagi-shi had told Kumotta to meet him at one of the training grounds as they were gonna do a little training. He told him he would be a little late and to just wait for him there. Kumotta waited for hours and just as he was about to leave as the sun was setting Sagi-shi showed up with a blank expression on his face and six older Hyuga members.
Kumotta: Uh Sagi-shi...whats going on?
Sagi-shi: I'm sorry Kumotta, but I'm afraid this will be your last day.
Kumotta was shocked by what he was saying. His new best friend who he trusted with his life showed up with six older members of his clan to kill him. This sadden him, no this feeling was a feeling Kumotta hadn't felt. This was anger. Hatred unlike anything. Sure Itachi annihilated his entire clan but he always felt more-so remorse and was in denial. He wasn't going to let his story end.
