Seems like this is starting to be the best routine ever. And I got stuck within his cheesy lines yesterday.. I'm gonna bring the same lunch and get some left over sweets from yesterday.
When I reached the park, I sat down in our usual spot. Today was the only day that I noticed him being late. He's coming anyway.
"Yo!! Good afternoon! Sorry I was late, have you been waiting?"--
He spoke while he was panting. I spaced out while looking at him and waiting for him to calm down.
"What happened to you?"
"Errand at home. When I got down from the building, my mom suddenly called and asked for help."--
"Does your mom have any problems? You could go back if you want. I'll wait here."
"I'm already here~I can't run anymore miles!! Ahahah!"--
"Wanna eat? There's water."
"Oh thanks! You know, you're like a parent. Bringing lunch when you come here. Crepe? Chocolate ice cream this time."--
"Let's go."
We both stood up and went straight to the store. He bought chocolate ice cream and we left.
"Ah! Tomorrow, can you bring some papers, pencils and erasers?"--
"What for? Are you gonna prank people with fake drawings that is common for cursing?"
"I'm not that all bad, you know. Just bring some. I'll teach you how to draw. One of my favourite hobbies when-yeah. Just bring some."--
"Don't you have any?"
"I can bring the papers."--
"Then I'll bring pencils and erasers. What do you draw?"
"I like to draw people and paradise. Paradise are like beaches, parks, common hang outs, and more. I draw trees a lot because it was my first test or first drawing. It's limited edition if you would like my drawings."--
"Dream on. Like I would. I can draw myself."
"You're tough! I would like to see you draw tomorrow."--
"I might not come tomorrow."
"Don't use that lame excuse! Come. And you didn't decline earlier! You won't get through me. Let's draw tomorrow."--
"Aw. I'm hungry. I didn't have any breakfast earlier."
"You didn't? Then can I make the crepe for you?"--
"Why? I can. Make my own. Make some for yourself; that would be better."
"Why do you always push me away when I'm trying to make something for you?"--
"I do? Really?"
"Don't be sarcastic with me. I'll make some for you."--
"Why should you?"
"Please, can't you just be quiet and let me do something for you?"--
When he said that, he sounded really serious. I don't know what's happening to him lately but I'm starting to feel guilty. I, again, started to wonder how did we became this close? I was suppose to be a stranger and so was he. And then, I didn't care anymore. The important thing is what we are to each other now. Friends.
"Here you go! All done and well made! It's brunch. Even though it's lunch at this hour."--
"Thanks."
"Could you stay until 6pm?"--
"Why?"
"Do you have to ask? Please stay. My mom won't be at home till then. She's looking for a job."--
