Lost Memories

Chapter 3: The Sinister Six

We all fought bravely back an forth, of course the match up was pretty simple, flyers with flyers and ground with ground.

It was pretty much Electro and Sam, Ava and Kraven, Danny and Red skull. Luke, Colena and Rhino. Spiderman and Chris fighting the lizard.

And of course that leaves me with doc octopus.

"You think your so special because you run around acting tough soon enough you won't watch" he said.

He swung his 8 arms and I dodged every one of them like no big deal. I threw multiple punches in under 5 seconds while adding a little electricity. Octopus groaned and took out his controller.

"Now watch as you fail" The Lizard stomped on my stomach and tried to crush me. I felt the weight, it wouldn't be to long until he crushes my organs.

I pushed his foot up off of me, surprisingly it worked but I was far from safe.  The foot weighed even more, all my energy on this one attack. I started power up my electric and I smashed my hand cross his leg, a ball of electric surrounded me and the lizards.

I swiftly moved from under his foot while he was distracted. I stole energy from the surrounding ball and attacked the lizard on every side.

When the lizard finally fell the energy ball disapeared. I fell as well due to the lack of power. I stumbled to get back up

"I'm not down" I said huffing

"But you will be dead by the time you do" Doctor Octopus struck me left and right, a few slashes everywhere but it didn't stop me, I grabbed two of the arms and yanked them off.

I smacked the doctor with his own arms and brought him down. My arms, face an legs stung alot.

"Next time, next time" He whispered.

I closed my eyes. "There shouldn't be a next time. You just got lucky I have no motivation to go after you" I hissed winding up a punch. But I missed. The lizard grabbed Octopus and ran off, as did the rest of the tattered Sinister Six.

I groaned as the sting in my cuts. "Shit. I should have stopped them right here" I said falling to my knees. "I'm sorry"

"You did exceptionally well. You defeated the lizard by yourself" Tiger said. I showed her my cuts.

"I honestly can't move anymore" I chuckled.

"Iron fist is out cold" Teleporter said.

"So is Shape shifter" Spiderman added.

"I'm-I'm fine don't worry about me" I said having Nova examine me.

"You are injured and rocks can get in your cuts if you run" Colena said.

"You're really sweet for caring about me. No it won't it never does, I can take care of myself" I said standing up straight pretending. By after sitting for long my legs got weak.

"I'll go get her cuts cleaned up" he said.

"The shield jet is on the other side of the island" Ava said.

"We will see you at shield" Powerman said. Nova flew straight to shield above the clouds.

"Shittttt" I mumbled not looking down. I was slumped on his back. I was exhausted and in much pain.

"Just look at the stars" he said laughing. We made it to Shield and he took me to the infirmary

"You sit here and don't move" he demanded. He held my cheeks and moved my head side to side to check for more wounds.

"They aren't deep but they were bleeding."

"Past tense. So that means they scabbed already. Can I go now"

"No I need to check all the cuts, off with it?" Nova said leaning against the wall.

"With what?" I said pulling off my mask and putting my hair up.

"Costume, I can't help you if cloth is in the way"  he said.

"You're getting to be very bold Alexander." I blushed brightly.

"I'm only trying to help. D-Don't make this weirder than it bhas to be."

"Making things weirder is my favorite part."

"Plus, you always wear a vest everytime" he said.

"And it's not like I haven't seen you in your underwear, remember I used to live in the same house" He laughed. "You would walk like a zombie across the hallway in your underwear" he said.

I was already halfway through taking it off. I was scared of hurting myself. I got ALOT of cuts.

"Let's get it over already" He pulled up a chair and wiped away the blood with wet tissues on my leg. "This might sting" he said

"Alcohol?" I said. He nodded.

He dabbed the alcohol filled cotton was on my leg. I felt the pain and I instinctively tried to move away. But I forgot how close he was to my leg and he kicked Sam on the chin.

"I'm sorry" I tried to hide my laugh. He rubbed his chin.

"I'll take it as payback for me punching you a few months back." He smiled and dabbed on more cuts. I winced trying to flail my leg bur he had it pinned down. "Next leg" he said. It stung less and less until he got to the face. He sprayed anti biotic spray on my face, which got in my mouth. I spat it out behind me. I turned back and Sam was so near to my face. I couldn't help but smile.

"What are you smiling at?" He said touching another cut with alcohol. I winced and shrugged. He put band aid on the cuts and helped me down from the table.

"Now, if you get hurt again, tell Ava" He said.

"Now get dressed before Peter or Fury gets the wrong idea" He smiled putting away the alcohol and cotton balls.

I slipped on the pants of my costume.

"I could just take the suit to Fury right?" I frowned. "I didn't exactly make the costume"

Nova walked away laughing. "I cleaned you up. I'm not responsible for that"

When he left, some thing dropped right next to me. i
"Meet me at the Empire State Building in 2 hours. no superhero nothing, regular clothes. Don't bring anyone, especially Sam we need talk." I read.

"12:00, but I have school" I said. "Wait.. I got my ass kicked before 11?"

Then another note appeared. "If you have school make it 4:00"

"Sincerely, wouldn't you like to know...." I pursed my lips and sighed.

"Alright Robin I'll be there" I smiled
