I slept for about 7 hours before Sam woke up again. I stayed in the bed due to the Helicarrier being so god damn cold in the mornings. Sam looked around then put his arm around me and tried to go back to sleep
But couldn't because of Nathan's fat mouth
"Can you shut up?" Sam hissed muffled in my hair.
"He's alive, won't Riley be thrilled?" Danny said.
"Where is she?" Spiderman asked. "Oh-"
I raised my hand and let it curl back down. "Look you have an audience" Sam said as much awake as I was
"No, tell them to piss off" I grumbled.
I turned to face Sam and his eyes were squinted. "Plus you were in the coma you explain what happened"
"But I'm tired you kept me up last night."
"No I didn't!" I hissed. "You woke me up!"
"Alright you two up" Coulson said nonchalantly. He pulled the covers and we stretched feeling the brisk air.
After our arms felt strong again we flopped back down onto the bed.
"It's like a Saturday right?" Sam groaned.
"Not sure" I shrugged softly as he brought me closer.
"Well no school is fine for me" He kissed my head and I laughed.
"Yeah we are still here" Spiderman said.
"What are you giggling about?" Nathan yelled.
"I should really get up. Are you hungry?" He asked laying on his back.
"Yes." Sam pulled off the covers and hopped out leaving the silhouette in the bed sheet. I frowned sat up.
"Waffles!" I yelled after him.
"What ever!" He yelled back
"The other Novas informed us about the Hunters. Don't worry Ril-" Coulson stared
"I'm not worried" I said shaking my hair out. "All we have to do is to kick some ass and boom they never come back here again."
"Riley did you SEE the ship?!" Spiderman asked.
"Fine, fine. Let's take time to plan" I said.
"What are you talking about?" Fury said.
"Are we going to ignore Riley slept with Sam?!" Nathan yelled.
"She did what?"
"Woah! No I didn't! You are making it sound worse than it is. I only spent the night in the bed. That's it." I snapped
"I was protecting her because of what happened the last time" Sam yelled outside the door..
"Sam I'm trying to tell you nothing happened I wasn't even there" His dad yelled back. I guess it didn't truly process that his dad was on the ship
"How can I believe you?! You murderous devil. "He slammed the door in his fathers face and angrily got into the bed and put the covers over himself
