Chapter 42: Marcus vs. Washing Machine

This chapter is going to be a little bit special, I hope you enjoy, cause this is rare.

"Riley wake up I need your help." Robin smacked my face softly.

"With what?" I mumbled.

"Well I want you to wake up Nova for me, I don't want to walk into the boys dorm and have him yell at me" she said.

I got up.

"Don't you wanna change?" She asked. I looked at my bare legs. "...It's dark and if they see me I could care less, I'm to tired to." I said.

I walked across the hallway with Robin following close behind, the lights were out and I had to feel where I was going.

"Need help?" She asked.

"No. See were here!" I opened my eyes a little.

I put my head on the door and knocked. "Wake....wake.... Up....I gotta pee"

Iron Fist opener the door and my head bumped against his chest. "This isn't the bathroom"

I pushed him aside. "Nova's bunk is over" I pointed. "There " I peaked but I still couldn't see.

My arm pointed to another direction. "I sleep there, and go put on some pants" Nova turned on the light and I whined, my eyes shifted. I opened my eyes and squinted.

Everyone was awake. "It's 5 am how are you all awake?" Robin said. I was still struggling to get my eyes open.

"I had a mission that went on until 4 this morning"  Sam sighed.

"We are going to Phoenix, I forgot to grab something" she said.

"Later" Sam said climbing into bed.

"No, I wanna go now!" She said.

"Guys you shouldn't be in here." I felt a shadow phase through my body. I instantly woke up.

"There he goes" Spiderman said annoyed.

"Come back here ya jerk!" I screamed running after him.

"Danny go grab her" I heard someone say. My feet felt like fire trying to run across the tile floor. The shadow stopped and instantly grew a physical body. It caught me and turned into a shadow again.

"Follow me again and I will make your life a living nightmare" he said. I punched this shadow. I was dropped and shot quickly at the shadow. He moved and grew a physical body again.

"Do it again I dare ya" He got into my face. I high kicked him. He grabbed my foot. So I brought my other foot up and kicked him to the ground.

"Aren't you a feisty little girl?" He asked. Danny  lunged for him. But he disappeared.

Danny laid on the floor in pain and exhaustion. I helped him up and thanked him. I quickly went to go change into my costume and go yell at the boys.

"Who was that?" I asked.

"We found a dude who was wrecking up the island so we held him in here, and he became suddenly hostile a few hours ago" Spiderman said.
