Worst is yet to come

Chapter 2

Jimin's arms immediately went to Jungkook's side when he heard a loud bang to their right. It sounded like something heavy had fallen, or maybe they were repairing the airport-

But then another bang was heard, and Jimin immediately knew something was wrong. This wasn't just a construction, but a bomb; the airport was under attack!! An instant adrenaline rush flooded through his body, and it took over him within a heartbeat. His hand had formed a deathly grip on the maknae who had been walking next to him, and he was immensely grateful for it when he noticed a large group of people running towards them in pure panic.

"Jungkook!" he yelled, but the crowd around him was screaming much louder for the younger one to hear him. He tried calling his name again, but when Jungkook kept standing frozen in the same spot, Jimin didn't try again and yanked harder at the boy's arm. Jungkook stumbled with the sudden force tugging at his arm, but it did get him out of his shock and got him looking at Jimin with terrified eyes.

"Follow me!" Jimin shouted and turned around to look where and how they could get to safety. Thankfully, he spotted one of their bodyguards running and pushing his way through the massive crowd as he tried to get closer to them. So Jimin tugged at Jungkook's arm and guided them both towards their staff member.

But it was hard. The boys' ears were ringing with the screams that kept getting louder next to them, their bodies were being pushed and hit from multiple angles and at some point Jimin had almost lost his grip on Jungkook, but thankfully Jungkook had managed to rejoin him, so they were next to each other again.

"Jimin! Jungkook!" the bodyguard yelled when he was only two meters away from them. The Busan boys couldn't hear him, but they did see the tall broad man above the other smaller people that were crowding around them. They were almost within arms-length with the man, until suddenly both stumbled and fell to the ground when they had tripped over a girl that had fallen on the ground. Jimin and Jungkook tried to help the girl to get up before standing up themselves, but they were being yanked away from the scene when the bodyguard had reached them.

The big man had a bruising grip on both maknaes and pushed the three of them through the crowd as if he was a bulldozer until they had reached the safety of the restrooms. "Get inside, now!" the bodyguard yelled and pushed them both inside before entering inside himself.

Jimin and Jungkook stumbled inside, and their ears started to ring again at the sudden change in atmosphere. It was a lot quieter in here and to their surprise, there were only 2 other men inside, dressed in neat business clothes and looking scarred at the sudden intrusion. The bodyguard quickly locked the door behind him and started to open the doors of the toilets to check for other people. After a minute he was done and focused back on the two members who stood frozen in the middle of restroom, shaking like crazy on their feet.

"Are you hurt?" he asked as he scanned their bodies from head to toe. Both boys shook their heads rapidly, and once the man was satisfied to see that they were both unharmed, he guided them towards the back of the room and grabbed Jungkook first. "Get inside and lock the door behind yourself."

"What?" the maknae asked terrified. Jimin came closer to his side and grabbed one of Jungkook's hands.

"Get inside. Jimin, you as well. Lock the doors and don't come out until I say so" the bodyguard said again and peeled Jungkook away from Jimin to push each boy in a separate toilet stall.

"Jimin" Jungkook whined when he lost contact with the older one, but the bodyguard didn't let him and pushed Jungkook fully inside the room, closing the door before he could get out. He came closer to Jimin to do the same, but then the door of the restroom was suddenly opened with a loud bang, and two bulky armed men stormed inside.
