Petra pov: "Selen! Rosemi, let's rock the school!" I yelled loudly. Selen and Rosemi glared at me, shocked by my excitement.
"You okay?" Selen asked
"I'm excited; it's my birthday!" I yelled
"Got it." Selen yawned.
"Selen, we should care about Petra; she is out, dear friend!" Rosemi squealed
"I'm exhausted..." Selen yawned
"I know, Selen, that's fine. I just want to hang out!" I told her.
"Then let's do it!" Selen said
Both Rosemi and Selen stood up, and as that happened, Maria broke into the room and said, "Happy Birthday, Petra!" She shouted, only to be pulled back by Elira.
"Happy Birthday..." the solar sky dragon humbly said, her voice calm in demeanor.
"Th-Thank you..." I replied
I looked down at the ground, remembering that Reimu and I aren't friends anymore, so this is going to be the first time we won't be together on this day. I felt a tear roll down my cheek for some bizarre reason. Selen leaned down next to me.
"You okay?" She asked
I grabbed Selen and Rosemi's hands and went to pull them outside so I could talk. We passed Pomu and Finana on the way, and as soon as we got far enough, I cleared my throat.
"I know Reimu made me suffer and made my life a living hell. I know she betrayed me and said she hated me, but still not seeing her on my birthday for the first time just upsets me. I don't understand why that is!"
Selen and Rosemi stared at one another. "Petra, you have to move on," Rosemi claimed.
"Ah," I mumbled.
"Petra, do you still care about Reimu that much?" Selen asked
"Well, it's hard to move on from someone you've been friends with for years," I said.
"Let's go back. Pomu is waiting for me," Selen suddenly said.
Rosemi and I looked at one another. Not only did Selen ignore what I said, she was thinking about Pomu.
"Ugh-why are you dragging me here!" Enna snarled at Millie as they turned and saw us.
"Happy Birthday, Petra!" Millie said calmly, then elbowed Enna in the side.
"Babu, do I have to say it to this absolute waste of space!" Enna asked
"Yes, just pretend it is me." Millie said
"Hap-gah-Happy-blegh-Birthday!" Enna gagged as if she were physically going to vomit due to saying those words.
"Thank you," I sarcastically told her.
"We have to work on this, Enna." Millie sighed
"Babu, it's your fault for being friends with such pathetic, worthless parasites." Enna claimed
"So we are friends, then?" Millie asked
"Shut up. You are just more tolerable to me than the others. I can at least spend more than an hour with you without wanting to kill someone." Enna snarled
Maria rushed to the scene and tacked into me for a hug. "I was so worried, Petra!" She cried out. I had only been gone for a minute.
"Gross..." Enna spat as she tried to walk away but was grabbed by Millie.
"Maria, Petra doesn't like that type of affection!" Millie pointed it out.
Selen made a fist and punched Maria, getting her away from me, and when she was a good distance away, Elira kicked Maria into a waterfountain, breaking it.
"Eh!?" Both sisters said as water began to pour everywhere.
"Selen, you should lecture Elira for this," Pomu said as she came over and grabbed the lunar sky dragon.
"No, we both played a part in this." Selen stated
"Let's blame it on Enna!" Elira said loudly
"Bitch, what the fuck!" Enna screamed
"Please take the blame!" Millie said
"Fine..." Enna scoffed
"Petra, hold on, let me give you your present!" Selen said as she pulled me to the side with Rosemi.
"Wait, you bought me a gift?" I questioned
"Yeah, we are good friends after all!" Selen said
"We actually went shopping for you together because we wanted to get you a gift early because we knew today would be a little sad for you," Rosemi claimed.
Selen got me a figurine of Jerry from Tom and Jerry in the shape of cheese, and Rosemi gave me some sort of plant and a custom Yu-Gi-Oh card.
"Thank you!" I told the two of them.
"No problem, Petra!" They said it in unison.
I noticed in the corner of my eye that Reimu was walking in the direction of the party; she was holding a present seemingly for me.
"Reimu!" I called out.
The undead girl turned to me and walked over to me. She wouldn't look me in the eyes. "I know you are the last person you want to see, but happy birthday, Petra." Reimu said she handed me the present and stepped back, hiding behind Elira.
I opened up the present, and I saw what she had got. There was a full mesh bodystocking, a beret, and a black-and-orange coat lined with fur that she made.
"I made the coat. Anyway, happy birthday, I should leave." Reimu claimed
I grabbed her arm and stopped her from going. "You can stay..." I said to her
"What?" She questioned
"If you want to stay, you can stay," I said again.
"Are you sure?" Reimu asked, but she seemed hesitant.
"Reimu, you already are here with a present, and besides, you are the one that helped Selen and Rosemi get me this cake. I know because it is in the style I have only told you about." I claimed
"Oh..." Reimu mumbled
"Anyways, cake, blow out the candles!" Selen shouted
"Aren't you rushing this?" I asked
"We don't have time for things!" Selen said
"That is true, Petra; we want to do a lot of things!" Rosemi claimed
That is true. Everyone sang Happy Birthday besides Selen since she doesn't care about singing it, and then I made a wish by blowing out the candles.
"What did you wish for?" Rosemi asked
"Girls..." I said
"What?" Everyone but Reimu, Selen, and Rosemi were shocked.
"She actually did wish for girls," Reimu said.
"What I love, girls!" I shouted
All I want for my birthday is to see cute girls, and my wish came true.
