"His best friend...his ex-girlfriend..." She trails off and Wooyoung scoffs at that. Of course "Mr. I don't do relationships" was lying all this while.

San wakes up and jumps when he sees Yui beside him. "I--" He stuttered before standing next to Wooyoung. "Yui...what are you doing here? You work here?" He clutches onto his forehead.

"Bingo!" She ruffles her coat like it was the most obvious thing. "Why wasn't I invited to your wedding?" She pushes San back to the chair. Wooyoung was invisible to her.

"Would anyone invite their ex? Are you stupid?" Wooyoung scoffs before taking a seat next to San.

"Looks like your "husband" didn't get introduced to me yet, San?" Her calm demeanor changes.

She reminded Wooyoung of one of those mean girls you see on TV except they were not in high school anymore.

"Maybe because you're irrelevant?"

"When did you switch sides San? Your good genes should be passed down...not..." She trails off and Wooyoung glares at her.

"He chose me bitch--"

"WOOYOUNG!" San erupts before he sighs, "Can you two just shut the fuck up?" He stands and slowly walks over to Yui.

"Whatever we had was in the past. As you can see I am happily married now and he's all I care about." San pushed her harshly which caused Wooyoung to stifle his laugh.

"And you...stop being so childish.." San points to Wooyoung. "Whatever..." Wooyoung mumbles before walking out of the hospital.

San follows and the two drive off. Wooyoung waited, for some kind of explanation but it never came. San looked straight ahead while he drove.

Wooyoung was getting annoyed with each passing minute. "Care to explain?" Wooyoung finally lets out and San shrugs, "What is there to explain?"

"Um I don't know...for starters let's say, about that Yui girl who claimed to be your ex-girlfriend..." Wooyoung narrowed his eyes and San visibly gulped.

"We were childhood friends, we dated. Done." San lets out a puff like he was the one under pressure when it was Wooyoung who felt like pulling his hair out.

"So...? You never broke up?" Wooyoung seemed to catch on that San never mentioned a "break-up".

"To be honest, no. But we haven't seen each other in years so that means yes?" San was being so casual about it while drumming his fingers along the steering wheel.

"So you lied to me. Again." Wooyoung scoffed, he was desensitized at this point.

"Not really. She left me to study medicine abroad while her father was against it. She was a little rebel hahaha. Always wanted to care for the less fortunate. You know you will always have that one friend around who's a chaebol but wants to end world hunger?"

"No..."

"That was her." He smiles and Wooyoung's heart hurt because he has never seen San like that.

"Didn't know she was back...but that doesn't change anything. She was the one who made me into this businessman. Getting over her wasn't easy but the result turned out good..."
