I have a set schedule that includes the following 5:00-5:30 wake up shower. 5:30-5:38 brush teeth 5:38-5:48 in depth skin care routine 5:48-6:00 eat breakfast 6:00-6:45 my morning walks 6:45-7:00 walk to school to school 7:00-2:00 school 2:00-3:45 go to the local swimming pool to practice swimming. 3:45-4:25 I go home and shower 4:25-5:00 speed the rest of my day with my family or my friends Cleo and Lewis
This happens every single day. I like to have rules they are there for a reason and I like having my own schedule. It keeps me focused on my life goals. I've been training for swimming basically my whole life and my family is very supportive of me. I met Cleo and Lewis when I was little and as far as I can remember we have always been friends.
