It seems like even the clouds knows that the Avengers are mourning. The earth knows it'd lost some of it's best defenders. The sky is stormy like it's about to cry for the loss of it's light.

The mood in the Stark cabin was no different from the sky's. Everyone was here. Everyone that had the opportunity to experience their light. They were here to pay their last respect.

The Stark's walked out of the cabin, holding the flower wreath between them. They're followed by Steve Rogers and Clint Barton, a flower wreath in the hands of the former. The rest of the Avengers follow behind, each of them holding a flower in hand.

Tony Stark lets go of his little girl's hand when the get to the edge of the lake and takes the wreath from his wife, placing it on the water.

In loving memory of Lisa Stark.

Tears filled his eyes as the wreath floats away. It felt like another part of her was leaving him, again. At that moment, he realized, he's never going to walk her down the aisle and ever settle down with anyone of her choice.

He straightened up, trying to put up a strong face for his younger daughter, who's hand was clutching her sister's necklace that was hanging around her neck.

Steve lays the second wreath on the peaceful waters, honoring his other fallen friend.

In loving memory of Natasha Romanoff.

He'd lost two of his best friends in the span of a day. It still felt like a dream, he could still picture their teasing and matching mischievous smiles.

As the Avengers watched as the two wreaths floated away, they all said their last byes.

Pepper and Tony looked on at the floating flowers. Sitting for breakfast at the table is going to be different.

Morgan, doesn't understand what's going on. All she knows is that, Lis isn't coming back. Her room is always going to be empty.

Happy and Rhodey, stand behind the mourning family. They're never going to see the little girl that once warmed her way into their heart.

Steve Rogers stands there alone, like he was feeling inside. Both girls that gave him a sense of normality were gone.

Behind him is Peter Parker, May Parker, Olivia Barnes and Ned Leeds. The three teenagers comforted each other, both boys squeeze the shorter girl's hands and May stands behind them as a support. No more movie nights and hanging out at Lis' during weekends.

Thor, Val and Bruce Banner are standing there. Both girls had touched their lives in more ways than one. They were a torch of hope in a very dark time.

Doctor Strange and Wong stand there too. They might not have known the girls for long but they sacrificed their lives for the greater good of their reality.

Scott Lang, Hope Van Dyne, Janet Van Dyne, Hank Pym and Cassie Lang were there too. All paying their last respect to the fallen heroes.

Peter Quill, Nebula, Rocket, Groot, Drax and Mantis, looked down mourning the loss of one of theirs.

T'Challa, Okoye and Shuri stood in another side, morning the loss of their sister and friend. Gone is the white princess.

Clint Barton and his family, all mourning the loss of their two aunts. They gave their lives for any one of them to be here.

Wanda Maximoff was here too, without her twin brother. He'd suffered a fatal injury during battle and he wasn't responding to treatment quite as good as he ought to. But she was here for their bestfriend, the one that gave them both a second chance. The one that they had a special connection with. Also the redhead that didn't turn her back on them when they needed someone. She was here to mourn people that gave her and her brother a sense of normality they had longed for since their parents died.

Bucky Barnes and Sam Wilson stand not too far from the witch. The father was here to mourned the girl that protected him and his daughter when they had no one to help them. He was here to mourn the two mother figures that helped his baby live the life he could only dream of giving her. Sam was here to mourn his friends, though they were like his sisters rather than friends. He's going to really miss teasing Steve with them and pretending like he didn't have the slightest clue to what was happening.

A few feet away, Harley Keener, his sister and his best friend, Louisa, were standing tears in their eyes, mourning their somewhat older sister. They were going to miss the pranks they all played on each other. Their mothers were a few feet behind them, here to mourn the hero that helped them through the sudden disappearance of their children and gave her life for them to be here.

Secretary Ross stood there too, paying the last of respect to two strong women he hunted like animals. He was starting to feel uncomfortable, because of the constant glare and stares he's receiving.

Beside him was Maria Hill, who was here to mourn the loss of two of her friends and shield agents.

Carol Danvers stood alone. She related more with the two girls than she did with anybody here. They were the ones who seemed to get her after the death of Maria and now they were gone too.

Nick Fury comes out of the shadows like he'd always done since he met Lisa Stark, which always infuriated the young Stark. He looks on as the two wreaths floating away signified that two of the best friends and agent he could ask for were gone.

And with that, they all said their final goodbyes.

Standing under a tree, a few hours later is Wanda. She looked over the peaceful waters, wondering if one day her life would ever be this calm.

"You know, I wish there was a way– that I could let her know. That we won." Clint said announcing his presence to the twin. "We did it."

"She knows– They all do." She responds.

Clint pulls her into a side hug and Wanda smiles as he reassured her.

In the house, Happy is sitting beside the baby Stark, who was fiddling with the hem of her dress, her other hand clutch on to the necklace she'd never seen her sister without, except when she hung it on her neck before she left and never returned.

"How you doing, Squirt?" Happy asks, looking down at her.

"Good." She nods, emphasizing her answer.

"You good? Okay. You hungry?" Happy asked again.

"Mm. Hm." She responded, nodding.

"What do you want?" He asked.

"Cheeseburgers." The girl responded. "With hot cocoa." She added making Happy smile at the 'Stark cheeseburger obsession' she had and the 'hot chocolate or anything chocolatey obsession' her sister had.

"I'm gonna get you all the hot chocolate and cheeseburgers you want Squirt, I promise." He responded, ready to take good care of the second chance the universe gave them.
