*Gracie's POV*

Some time passed before Liam jogged back over to me. I had made myself comfortable on the median wall that separated traffic. "My bloke, Harry is on his way. But he won't be here for a few minutes." I nodded and felt the guilt build in my stomach.

"Are you sure about paying for all this? I practically wrecked your bajillion dollar car with my piece of junk! It was my fault!" I said in a rush. He stared at me with his deep brown eyes that were hard to look into without getting butterflies.

"Really, it's fine. And it wasn't anyone's fault, some things just happen." He said with a comforting smile.

"I just hope my parents are as nice about it as you are." I said looking at my shoes.

"So, Harry is pretty slow, so we have some time to chill." I nodded as he climbed up onto the wall next to me. "Tell me about yourself."

"Like what?" I hate when people ask me to tell them about myself. I have no idea who I am when people as that!

"Single? Favorite Color, Movie, Song, and I don't know, bird." He fired off one at a time.

"Ok, yes, purple, Tangled, Daylight by Maroon 5, and penguin." I replied just as quickly. He nodded seeming impressed. "Alright, same questions, go." He rubbed his hands together.

"Yes, purple, Toy Story, Happy Birthday, and pigeon." He put his arms over his head in victory and I giggled at him. I allowed myself to look at him and saw him staring at me. I self consciously pulled a strand of curly brown hair behind my ear, suddenly feeling grateful that Skye had done my hair. He smiled and looked away.

Just as things were about to get awkward, a Black Range Rover pulled to a stop next to us. "That's my mate." A tall man with curly brown hair, stepped out of the driver's side. Liam hopped off of the wall. I followed behind, hopping off the wall, but, luck still wasn't on my side. My klutziness always came through when a hot guy was around. I tripped over my feet, only to feel two strong arms wrap around my waist, catching me. "Are you alright?" Liam said, helping me stand up. I felt the hot blush rise to my cheeks as I tried to speak.

"Um, yea. I'm sorry." I pulled a strand of hair behind my ear and looked at my shoes.

"Why are you apologizing? It's not your fault you tripped." He said with a perfect smile on his face. "This is my mate, Harold." He said, introducing me to the boy with curly hair. He stuck out his hand and smiled cheekily, showing off identical dimples.

"Harry." He said as I took his hand.

"Gracie." I replied.

"Such a pretty name for a pretty girl." He said, making my embarrassment even greater.

"Alright kids, into the car." Liam said quickly, putting a hand on Harry's shoulder.

*Liam's POV*

"Such a pretty name for a pretty girl." Harry said. What part of off limits does he not understand? He winked at her with his usual cheeky grin. I put a hand on his shoulder, rougher than usual and squeezed it, only enough to make him shut up.

"Alright kids, into the car." I said pulling Harry along next to me. Harry nodded and climbed into the driver's seat while Gracie took a seat in the rear. I decided to take the front seat. As we cruised along the street to the address Gracie had given us, I turned up the radio. Just my luck, 'What makes you beautiful' played on the radio and good old Harold couldn't help but sing along. The first girl in forever who liked me for me, was about to find out who I was. I was really hoping she wasn't one of those people who would freak out or scream or offer to lick my face. I turned around to see a look on her face of determination. It was kinda cute. She bit her lip like she was trying to solve some big mystery.

"You guys are from a band aren't you?" She said looking at me. I nodded and held my breath for a response.

"One Direction, babe." Harry said grinning. He loved the thrill when someone recognized us. Her face smoothed out, she solved the mystery.

"Oh! That's cool. My friends love you guys." She said calmly nodding slowly. "What?" She added. I was probably looking at her like she was strange. Harry was looking over his shoulder at her, giving her the same look. He slowed the car to a stop in front of what looked like an apartment complex.

"Let's try that again. We're One Direction." Harry said turning around to look at her with his signature smirk. She nodded and slowly looked from Harry to me. "On-"

"I'll walk you to the door." I said trying to shut Harry up. She grinned and grabbed her purse. I opened her door for her, before she could. She was surprised by the gesture. We walked silently and slowly to the door. "So, give me a call and we can sort out the details."

"Sounds good. Give me your phone." I raised an eyebrow, but handed her my iPhone. I saw her typing but didn't realize what was going on. She made a cute smile and snapped a picture of herself. She smiled and handed the phone back. "Have a good night."

"You too." I said smiling. She stood on her tiptoes and kissed my cheek.

"Thanks for everything by the way." She opened the door and walked into her apartment, leaving me outside, smiling like an idiot. I looked down at my phone to see that she had put her number in it. The contact picture was of her adorable smile, under the name 'Gracie Hataway :P'
