Inside the common chamber Yudhishtir says that if Bhishma decided to banish us and make Duryodhan King then we'll have to accept his decision. Bheem says if that is the case then why did we bother coming back into the palace, we should have left when Bhishma walked away. Yudhishtir says that this is our home, but Nakul replies that a home is where you have rights. Sahadev says that their hearts are pure, since Rishi Vyas saw no adharma in the decision they took. Arjun tells Yudhistir that there is another matter of importance. If they accept Bhishma's decision then they will also be accepting that they committed a sin, that Draupadi committed a sin. Arjun says that we cannot let such a stain fall on Bhabi's character, so we must fight for our rights. Yudhishtir says that if they disobey Bhishma then this will also be a sin. Bheem asks Draupadi what she thinks they should do. Draupadi says she isn't sure what a dharma sankat is, a problem due to dharma or dharma being in danger. Yudhishtir says that at the moment it is both of these things.
Ishwari says that she and Arjun had told everything to bhishma he will think about it. Draupadi says that if you all agree then I would also like to speak to Bhishma. The next day Bheeshma standing on the banks of Ganga . Draupadi comes there. Bheeshma says you and four Pandav have ruined Dharma. They both talk on it for very long. Draupadi gives Argha to Lord Surya and says if my and husbands intentions are pure and pious may Lord Sun accept my Argha. Lord Sun accepts it
The day's Rajya sabha starts and Pandavs along with Draupadi come there. Ishwari is with Mata kunti , maharani gandhari and other ladies of royal family in the upper balcony.
Yudhistir tells Dhritrashtra that they are alive after Lakshagrih hence he should be reinstated as crown prince. He says that as a house cannot be constructed on a land which already has a house on it and Wheat cannot be grown before the earlier crop is cut same way when one crown prince is alive a second crown prince cannot be crowned. Hence I urge you to cancel Duryodhan's coronation
But Duryodhan cuts him and says of course my coronation was canceled the moment you came back. I leave my throne in your favor. As yudhistir moves towards the throne he says but crown prince answer my questions. A woman who stays with other men is considered characterless and such women are punished in Aryavrat. Man who stays with a married woman is also considered characterless. What are your thoughts on this. Can the crown prince and his wife condone such behavior. Can we put on the throne a person who indulges in this?
Yudhistir says I can answer your question but Dristrashtra says no need I at this moment exile you and your family from this kingdom
Dhritrashtra orders that Pandava's family should leave this country. Yudhishthir tells him what they did is under unusual circumstances. He gives example of Maricha marrying 10 Prachetas> Prajapati Daksh was her son. We are his praja. If that marriage was Adharma then we too are the same. Dhritarashtra worries about Pandu's soul burning in anger in heaven along with other souls of their ancestors. Yudhisthir asks Bhishma to give his opinion.
Bhishma gets up, says after getting news of the circumstances at Kampilya, considering all the options, this decision was taken with Vyas's blessings. Though this marriage is Adharma but 4 Pandav & Panchali are innocent. 4 Pandav & Draupadi are happy at this acceptance.
Dhritarashtra is surprised. He says as a king of this country he has to consider all including the comman men, who doesn't understand Dharma much. He doesn't agree with this marriage. Yudhisthir says he & with his brothers & princess Panchali are ready to give Agni-pariksha to prove their innocence, so all will know that one who takes such path has to be ready to give Agni-pariksha.
Yudhisthir says if this is Adharma then what are these incidents? Poisoning a child & throwing him in the river, trying to stop Arjun from entering in Rangbhoomi by burying him under stones, burning your relatives in a house of lakh, aren't they Adharma? Shakuni, Duryodhan gets restless. Dhritarashtra is unable to answer. Shakuni gets up, tells Dhritarashtra to allow him to leaves with his bhanjas for Gandhar as Dhritarashtra's bhatijas & his bhanjas can't live together. listing this Ishwari was just trying to control her laughter. Duryodhan says these are accusations, you can only do that. Pointing at Draupadi he says a woman who doesn't understand Dharma, can not show the right path to her husbands as she is durachaari.
Arjun gets angry, he is ready with his bow, aims at Duryodhan. Karna comes to protect his friend. His shield appears. Kunti is worried seeing her sons standing in front of each other. Arjun looks up to Ishwari she nods her head in agreement, so he vows to cut head of the one who has insulted his bhabi .
Dhritarashtra orders death sentence for Arjun for trying to use weapons in Rajya sabha. Yudhisthir tells him he can't do that, can only invite them to fight.
Duryodhan accepts this invitation for fight. He with his brothers, Karna are ready to take on Pandavas.
Here Pandavas too are angry, come forward to fight, burning with anger. Bheem tells Duryodhan, they are 5 Brhmastras, ready to fight for her honor, you'll get burnt. Draupadi seems to be proud of her husbands and brother-in-law. All others present in Rajya sabha are worried.
Bhishma asks them to stop. He tells Dhritarashtra, for how long your sons will keep on insulting Hastinapur's Rajyasabha. Dhritarashtra is surprised hearing that his sons are at fault according to Bhishma, who leaves.
Vidur is moved too by this situation, suggests for Kuru Vansh's protection division of this state is the only solution left. All are shocked hearing this suggestion. Everyone leaves after that Ishwari was in her chamber just then Arjun entered the chamber he was shocked to see Ishwari laughing
Arjun:- I thought you will be tensed but you are laughing
Ishwari:- I am not tensed pitamh will take the decision regarding our rights, and you will also laugh hearing the reason
Arjun:- yes you are right and tell me the reason
Ishwari:- In court seeing the way Gandharaj's brain works the thing I could do is just laugh and specially the one he spoke of going to gandhar with his bhanja's
Ishwari was just laughing remembering the incident Arjun also started to laugh after hearing it
After sometime Arjun left the chamber and went to their common chamber for discussion.
