Ch. 53

"Nyah what the hell was that!?" Zach yells at me

"We were just talking." I say and walk away but of course he follows me

"Not that. That thing with Kai. Why was he able to get you to walk away and not me? He's your best friend now?" Zach says sounding slightly jealous

"Of course not crazy. You're still my best friend he just promised me something and I wanted it so I walked away."

"What did he promise you."
"Dick." I say simply
"I'm beating his ass." Zach says and turns to go find Kai.

"Chill out I'm just kidding. He said he'll give me a foot massage and he'll convince his mom to give me the recipes to some of her Chinese meals."

"It's always food isn't it?" He says with a laugh

"Duhhhhh." I say while laughing
"Where's Hailey and them?" I ask

"Cade left with his parents and Hailey is at my parents house showering."
"Mm okay."
"What's going on with you and my cousin?" He asks

"Nothing. He's cool though."

"Mhmm you probably gonna like him. If I had to bet on Asher, Jax, Cade, Kai, and him I'd definitely think you'd fall for him." Zach says

"I don't fall for anyone. I love being single."

"Lying ass. Don't forget that I know everything about you. You definitely fell for Asher even though you got over him quickly. By the way what happened to you and Cade? I thought y'all were gonna date."

"Honestly I would have dated Cade but he's annoying. He wants everything to be his way. I told him about what I did to you know who and he wanted me to tell her and apologize." I say

"Damn, his ass trying to ruin my relationship with her." He says

"Yup and I love you so I refuse to do that. She cheated anyways so I guess it makes y'all even in a way." I say

"No you put her a hospital. I didn't do anything but keep your secret." He says

"Whatever, go home I wanna take a shower and sleep my head is pounding." I say

"Who taught you that kick move?" He asks talking about when I kicked Alexis in her chest

"Kai. I taught him how to break someone's arm and dislocate their shoulder."

"I'm leaving, y'all are crazy." He says with a smile

"You literally taught me at 12 how to fracture a bone inside someone neck without breaking it." I deadpan

"So? Your ass better not teach him that. That's for me and you." He says while giving me a hug.

"Yeah yeah Goodnight boo." I say and then kiss his cheek

"Night." He says and then walks out to the door and out of the house

I go upstairs in my room to see that Kai is in his pajamas and laying on my bed.

"Imma take a shower. I expect my foot rub when I get out." I say to him

"Can I do it while your naked?" He asks

"No." I say and then go in my bathroom

I take a 15 minute shower, brush my teeth and then go out of the bathroom to put my lotion on.
"Kai turn around or get out."
" why can't I see you naked?"
"Don't make me call my dad."

"Fine." He says and then turns around

I quickly rub on my lotion and quickly put pajamas on.

"You can turn around now." I say while putting on my bonnet

"So that guy was the Rafael you been texting?" He asks while staring to rub my feet when I lay down

"Yeah, apparently he's Zach's cousin. He just moved here from the Dominican Republic." I say while looking for something to watch on my tv

"Nyah do you like me as more than a friend?" He asks

"Nah, don't get me wrong you are sexy but we are definitely better off as friends."

"Yeah I agree. We're too much a like." He says

"Andrea thinks we're having sex." He says to me

"Trust me I know. She told me." I say and roll my eyes

"So are you and Cade gonna be a thing?" He asks while rubbing some lotion on my feet

"Definitely not. I was starting to like him but he's way too controlling. I mean I might have sex with him again but I'm definitely not gonna date him." I say

"If you fuck him again he's just gonna think you like him."

"Yeahhh you're right but I need someone to fulfill my needs. His head game is crazy and the dick is A1."

"I could." He says with a smirk

"You could but you not." I laugh

"How come we've never kissed before? You know to test it." He asks

"Honestly I don't know. I really only see you as a friend. I mean I've never kissed Zach before either." I say

"True but I think we should try it. I mean you kiss my cheek all the time." He says while getting up and going to wash his hands

"I mean I guess." I say while standing up

"Wait you're really gonna let me kiss you?" He asks while walking up to me

"Yup." I say and pucker my lips out with my eyes closed

He doesn't kiss me immediately. What he does is push me on my bed and gets on top of me

"Nyah if we're gonna do this. We have to do it right."

"What do you-" and I'm cut off by his soft lips meeting mine in a quick kiss

"Oh." I say as he pulls away from my lips

"So how was that?" He asks

"Eh not long enough to tell. Kiss me again." I say and he just smirks

His lips meet mine and this time the kiss is very passionate and I can't say I'm not enjoying it. He goes to move his head and get up but I quickly bring it right back down to my lips

We make out for about 5 minutes straight until my phone alarm starts to go off and we break apart.

"Sooo how was that?" Kai says with swollen pink lips

"You are a really good kisser. That thing you did with your tongue you definitely have to teach me that. But, there were no sparks." I say honestly

He laughs and says "I was thinking the same thing."

And that settles it. We are definitely meant to be just friends
