If you are immortal

I have no clue who is immortal cannon or not, I'm simply going by what I found on various sites when I searched it up.

Superman:

He finds it sad you'll have the same fate as him: to watch those around you grow old and die. But knowing he can hold you during it brings comfort. He simply also wishes you didn't have to face this hardship.

He does not know for sure if he is immortal as well or if he is simply aging so slowly he has yet to notice much difference. He used to be reckless about it, always using himself as shield to protect others, not caring if he dies if it means the people will survive, but now knowing if he does it would leave you to roam this world for centuries without him he cannot do such rash acts anymore.

Batman:

He never actually cared much for it, he was always observed in work. But as he grew older, with his limbs becoming harder to move and seeing you still moving around as if you are still in your prime, then he realized. Almost each day he would try to tell you to focus on finding someone better, someone young, but you denied each time. You made so many teasing jokes of his black hairs now grey, calling him 'my old man' which he claims to hate but smiles at each time.

Holding his hand as his eyelids grew heavier was the hardest moment in your life. Brushing those grey hairs neat, whispering words of reassurement. A small smile grew on his face at the feeling of you being aside him; all pains forgotten. Eyelids shut, to never open again.

Wonder Woman:

It works perfectly, as you will both age and never die of old age. She is very happy she found someone with the same issue as her; for then she is not alone and she won't have to bid farewell to you in the short time everyone has. You will both live on, facing the hardships of grieving friends, together.

As decades went so did friends. Friends who had become like family. It would make anyone push away new people. It breaks her heart to see what it does to you, and her. She tries to stop you from doing it but she is as guilty so she cannot speak much about it.

J'onn J'onzz:

He lives, and has lived, insanely long so you don't have to worry about him dying as quick as the humans. He gives you keepsakes that are trending in the current decade, usually also linked with something you two done to make it even more special. It's kept as decoration in the house; which is both a sad but nostalagic feeling to look at them.

He puts up a portrait of yet another friend that passed away where you or him are with them. Again; sad but it is to also keep remembering those dear friends as with immortality many things get forgotten as so many experiences come and go. He doubts he would ever forget his friends but he doesn't want to take the risk.

Flash:

He has a lot of issues with it. He can't mentally accept it, because it hurts so much to think. And he worries he'll just be forgotten or replaced after a few years as your life. You always assure him you won't but he doubts it. So he tries to do so much with you. He would do five things with you in a single day but that wore him down fast so you had to stop him.

So you had to sit him down, hold his hands, and speak many words of affirmation; say the hard truth with sweet words thrown in. Admit you'll live forever but you won't ever forget him. Tried to lighten the mood with jokes, telling him he is such a crazy man you doubt you ever even could. He chuckled weakly, asking what's so crazy about him. As you named all the moments he acted odd, silly, did insane things, etc he stared; finally able to accept you won't ever forget him and your times together as you can easily name all these. But he'll never be able to accept he'll have to hurt you by having to see him die and live on forever.

Hawkgirl:

She isn't immortal per se, she simply gets reincarnated each time. So while you have the curse of immortality she can be there again and again each time at least. She comforts you when it gets hard. She tries to make you see the joy of experiencing each century. When people pass she is also sad yet her worries still lie with you more than herself. She always worries you'll lose grip on reality, let go, such things. The comfort she provides is the same you give her when times are tough so it is why it works. Both have experienced so many things together nothing can pull you two apart anymore.

Green Lantern:

It's one of the first few things you and him discussed as it is a big topic. For him this will be his whole life, for you this won't even be half of it. So he made sure to work on the relationship better than he ever has with his previous ones. Both promised to always have a date at least once a week, even if it's simply lounging on the couch; so long are both together for at least a few hours. He tries to be more meaningful and romantic: buying flowers, chocolates, leaving notes, etc. It made him feel awkward and foolish but seeing your smile made him grow to enjoy it.

So when he passed it hit you extra hard. To him it was all to create beautiful moments, to ensure you'll enjoy your time with him and remember, and it worked but that makes this progress only million times more difficult. Now you had to live on with a part of your heart missing, with a hole in you, and visiting his grave weekly to keep the promise of meeting up weekly.
