Superman:

He notices when it flares up. Your reactions change, stop doing what you like, your body language is more closed, go to an area that makes you feel as if you can breathe. He waits until you have done all to make yourself a bit better then, from where he stands, assures you it's okay and you are here with him. If it takes ages he will wait it out with you, not once making you feel as if you just need to get over it already and are simply being dramatic, because you absolutely are not. He is here for you, every single time, for as long as it takes.

Batman:

He has quite a bit of experience handling people with PTSD. With each Robin and Batgirl there has been such a moment. When it first happened he did the usual soft voice, telling you to touch something around to remind yourself you are here in this moment not the past, and that he's here. Once it was over both talked about it. You told him what helps during those moments so the next times it happened he knows exactly what to do.

Wonder Woman:

She comes from a land with many warriors, and most warriors have trauma, even if they refuse to admit it. So when your attitude became rougher she didn't find it suspicious at first, discarded it as stress and something normal. But then you began distancing yourself, losing sleep, doing unusual things, locking yourself away, looking as if you are literally uncomfortable in your own skin. So she put the pieces together. One day she approached you and firmly but softly told you you need to talk to J'onn J'onzz about all of this for your own good and that there is no shame in this as many warriors struggle with this. She knew she wouldn't be able to give the care and words you need, so she was recommending the best person for this she knew. She asked J'onn for many tips on how she can help you as your partner as J'onn has to talk with many heroes with issues.

J'onn J'onzz:

He looks into your mind during these moments. Normally he wouldn't do that but now he can see what the issue is and how to approach it. He notices the slightest chances, especially if your attitude is suddenly more aggressive or colder. He makes you talk with him about it, even if you refuse to speak then he'll just do all the talking. After it he holds you and gives your face some kisses at random spots to cheer you up. He is always encouraging you to do healthy coping activities.

Flash:

He has dealt with a handful of people with issues so he knew the signs and how to approach it. He handles it with care. Short, straight forward questions. No use beating around the bush with these sort of things. He asks you what you need and what he can do to help your daily life with this. When you get paranoid he does a quick dash around the block then returns, reporting he saw nothing out of the ordinary. So not only does it make you know he checked but also that he took it serious and checked it out for you so you don't feel as if you are being delusional.

Hawkgirl:

One time she shook you awake as you were actually screaming. It frightened her a bit, but what truly did was when she was suddenly pinned down with your hands over her neck. Your eyes did not hold recognizition, only fear and need to protect yourself. So slowly she put her hands over yours, whispering "It's me. Shiera, your partner.". When your hands lost its grip she felt relief then added "it's okay, you are back with me, back here; safe". She whispered any comforting phrases she could think of, especially when your forehead hit her shoulder and just cried as now anger and sadness overtook you, but especially guilt. She assured you that she does not blame you and loves you. She gives your temple a kiss and held you until your crying ceased.

Green Lantern:

When he learned you have it he made sure there's a good routine and made sure you have any of your healthy coping things. When you do bad coping things he points it out and tries to steer you to the good ones. When the flashbacks, nightmares, attacks, any of that stuff come he goes from a stern man to a gentle, understanding man who takes his time and does not get angry with you even if you say or do something crude. Once done he gently hugs you and praises you for having fought through it and you might not notice but he can see that the more time passes the stronger you become so don't give up.
