Superman:

He can't stand seeing you struggling but he knows these are needed so he gives a lot of support, by both helping you perform the exercises and motivating words. He will hold the injured part gently, helping move it, not doing too much work just gently hold so if you can't anymore he move it around so you don't have to do any work anymore. Once done he hugs you, telling you that he's so proud of you and soon will be done with this stuff.

Batman:

He can be stern so he will make you do them even if you complain of pain. It's only once you really can't anymore and are ready to cry that he lets you stop, pulling you in a soft hug with a kiss to your head and assuring you did amazing and sometimes pain is needed to progress. He makes sure Alfred massages it after and keeps you to the exercises when he isn't around.

Wonder Woman:

You felt silly doing it with her around as she is such a strong warrior so it made you feel useless and little in comparision now with this wound. But when she saw those insecure eyes she cupped your face and assured you firmly that you are braver than anyone now and the fact you haven't given up but do these exercises instead shows your strength. She assured you if you don't feel comfortable with her in the room she will leave but just know she thinks no less of you for this. It of course hurt a bit for her that you thought she would think less of you but she understood and ignored her feelings to focus on yours instead.

J'onn J'onzz:

He gave you the exercises, tells you how to do them, and will demonstrate. He ensures it is exactly right and assures any of your worries. When you say it hurts he will be quick to take it serious and make sure it's the good kind that is needed to recover instead of the bad type where it will only worsen your situation. He's very serious during these moments as it is serious. He gives it massages daily.

Flash:

He made a whole damn cheer song for you as you do the exercises. When it becomes too painful and start crying he is quick to be holding you gently, petting your head, whispering not to cry and that you are doing amazing. If you haven't done all your sets he will ask you if you can give him a few more. If you try he's so proud. If you don't he's still proud and understands and assures it was still good so don't worry.

Hawkgirl:

She's very supportive. When it gets hard she urges you on but also assures if you truly can't do it it's okay to stop now. When you keep going it makes her so proud. After she gives a water bottle, lightly joking she can already see you back out there by tomorrow. She keeps you on track: asking if you have done your exercises, rest well, got it looked at to ensure all is still okay and getting better.

Green Lantern:

He pushes you until you cry or shout at him, then he feels bad and rubs your arm gently, promising he just wants you back to your formal self as soon as possible. After the exercises he'll usually get you your favorite snack or suggest something he knows you like. He doesn't say it much so he tries to focus on telling you how proud he is as this is very hard but you are fighting through it and doing amazing.
