CHRISTOPHER | Brotherly Love
TRIGGER WARNING: EXTREME VIOLENCE
Xavier Bennett
*a few hours earlier*Xavier walked back into the living area where Javier was sitting on the couch playing on the playstation. He had just got off the phone with Christopher and was annoyed that he declined to work with him tonight. Javier wanted to do another home invasion but Xavier was tired of that. He was tired of senselessly killing people. He felt the reward wasn't even worth it anymore.
He felt as if Javier was starting to become greedy. His grandmother's words kept replaying in his head along with Bianca's. He really started second guessing if he really was risking his lively hood for his brother.
Javier glanced up at his brother and paused the game. He stood up from the couch and walked in front of him making Zay give him a weird look.
"Why do I feel like you doing sneaky shit behind my back?" Javi said with a raised eyebrow. Unknownst to Zay, Javi had heard his entire conversation.
"Nigga what? No and either way I'm grown, I don't have to hide shit from you," Zay said with a shrug. Javier chuckled and went to turn around. He then turned back around and swung, his fist connecting with Xavier cheek.
Zay flew to the ground and before he could process what was happening, Javi continued to deliver blow after blow to his brother.
"You don't need nobody but me Zay! Me!" He yelled taking a vase and slamming it against his head. Blood immediately began gushing from Xaviers head as he kicked him. He grabbed him by his dreads and slammed him into the kitchen table causing it to break.
Zay groaned as he laid in the debris of the table. His face had swell and blood was pouring from his face. Javi chuckled and pulled his brother up. He brought his body to the couch where blood began to stain it.
"You've been moving real sus bro but let me tell you, we came into this world together and we go out together. You are my brother and you ride with me to the end remember that? Remember who you belong to or next time I won't be as nice," he said in a sinister tone.
Xavier could barely keep himself awake as the pressure in his head was too much. He just wanted to sleep. Javier let him go and he collapsed onto the couch.
Javi then went to the kitchen and grabbed a bag of frozen vegetables out of the freezer. He came back to the living room and threw it at Xavier's head.
"Don't ever say I didn't do anything nice for you," he said simple as he sat back down beside his battered brother and resumed playing the game.
*Later that night*
Javier and Xavier made their way into the dark one story home. Xavier limped not having his full mobility but Javier didn't care. They still had money to make and he didn't even beat him that bad in his mind. It was still a bit early in the night but tonight Javier didn't want to wait.
Javier heard the television playing down the hall. His brother couldn't see his face but he was smirking under his mask.
"I'll go back here in case somebody's awake, look around and see if anything valuable out here," he instructed before walking down the hallway.
